I loved watching her absolute joy at her collection. I didn’t think there would be so very little spaces to plant and so much concrete she has definitely made the best of it and her collection is beautiful 💚🌸
They're definitely worth searching for. 😊 I have a Tanzanian friend in Lagos whose garden I must showcase. She'll probably share some tips about shopping in Tanzania, too.
Wow, what a lovely collection. I only see these kind in asian content. Do you share that space with other families like apartments setting? How do you control neighbours and their kids from destroying or interfering?
@@plantsintropicalspaces3319 thanks for the suggestion. The thing is when it’s cold here we have to put the heating on and that sucks all the humidity in the atmosphere. What I’ve learnt about them is that they need round the clock humidity being tropical plants. I know some people use humidifiers indoors to help their calatheas thrive here in the uk…too much work for me 🤣.
Beautiful garden. Amazing what she has collected in a span of 3 years ❤❤
Yes, indeed. She's been busy. 😃

Neighbours tend to join in the fun or mind their own business here. 😀
Beautiful collection
Thanks a lot
Beautiful collection! 🌴🌿
Thanks for watching. 😊
I loved this garden tour!
Thank you for the feedback.
Magnificent plants I wish most of those plants were available here in Durban where l live especially the agloanemas
That's interesting. Aglaonemas seem fairly common in many countries.
Lovely collection .Do you have philodendrons for sale?
Thanks. Yes, she does. Check out edenbyelaine.com.
lovely foliage plant collection !
Thank you. 😊
Love it!!! ❤
So glad to hear.
I’ve killed all my calatheas…they are quite finicky to take care of indoors here in the UK…or maybe it’s because I’m a new plant mum 😅
Calatheas are divas. They want high humidity but hate soggy. Some are easier than others. Have you tried the rattlesnake one, Calathea lancifolia?

Hi there luv your plants....Do you sell? I'm from South Africa
Hi! My hostess sells more than I do. Please reach out to her on IG.
Love her garden am crazy for philodendrons. She said she uses compost for all her plants, does she have any for sale or how do I get some
Thank you! 😀 We both buy compost from a company called Black Earth Organics in Lagos. DM on IG for a link.
Can't seem to get the instagram account name. Do you mind adding links of your hosts account on description box? I would love to follow them. Thanks
Great idea! Thanks.
What plants will you advise an absolute beginner to get?
Aglaonemas, Epipremnums, and Philodendrons for indoors and shade. I have blog articles about them.
How does one prevent the plants from being stolen here in Durban they would not remain there for a single day
Oh wow! 😀
You mean plants actually have value in Durban? 😂😂
