Your channel is enlightening. i have watched almost every episode and learnt alot. It will be splendid if you could showcase a garden from the Northern parts of Nigeria, out of the tropics (South). I have noticed that gardeners down south avoid succulents (Euphorbias, Agaves, Cactus etc) probably because of the rains.
Thanks for the encouragement. I'll plan some trips to the north soon. I'll also highlight succulents in subsequent videos. We do manage to grow a few here.
@@plantsintropicalspaces3319 Yes, the bracts(flower) are like sponges, so all you need to do is squeeze them, and then you use the clear liquid. The plant is also known as the "shampoo ginger plant". ☺
It's always good to listen to a hands-on gardener. She clearly knows stuff about her plants, especially the anthuriums. Nice video!

12:30 I love how she hinted that a truce has been reached with the monkeys. 😂😂😂
Haha! Those monkeys are clever.

The ginger flower (red and gold) is also used as shampoo for the hair. It smells great.
Oh, great! I'm growing some now. I can't wait.
