I believe it is a ficus. I’ve seen it in many gardens, and it doesn’t seem to be causing any trouble.

The vine with white flowers is Thunbergia grandifolia. Apparently, there's a Thunbergia grandiflora with a different leaf shape.

I think that snake repellent plant you can't ID looks like Guinea Hen weed, as we call it in Jamaica.
