I kept waiting for your tree to pop/explode open while Mark was cutting it open just like the one on The Griswolds! Hahaha Your tree looked beautiful! I know it’s August but, I’m looking forward to Christmas with these videos! :)
Brilliant, work, can't wait to see how it all comes together. Very clever shaping! We watch National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation when we put the tree up too, love it. The tree is lovely, or as Eddie would say, 'it's a beaut Clark!". Take care xx
Haha so glad you have the same tradition as us, it’s such a great film! As a novice crocheter it still makes me happy seeing how details such as faces come to life!
What a great weekly vlogmas/craft toft cal. I really enjoyed seeing your progress and seeing your xmas tree at the end looked fabulous. I have been working so much that I havent even finished my xmas shopping or put up the tree yet. Looking forward to seeing your November update too.
Thank you Suzanne, the November update is still in plan, will probably be next week so I can show off the finished Foxy jumper! Hope you’ve gotten some down time this week to get some shopping done!
Hello Martyn, Happy Holidays (we say this in the States). Love your work. Your couch looks like my couch with projects sitting and waiting to be done. Have I mentioned that I enjoy and look forward to your episodes.
Happy holidays to you too Shelly! There’s always a project bag (or three!) on the sofa, it drives Mark crazy some times haha. Thanks for your continued support watching and commenting :)
Good morning Im from Montreal , im a french person but i like a lot your podcast. And i love your idea to show us your cal project 5 dans in 1 vlog a week . Thank you !!! Martine :)
I loved watching your unboxing. Advents look like so much fun, but I never wanted to add more pressure to an already pressure filled season. I did finally get my westknits slipstravaganza back on track. By the way, I don’t think you ever introduce yourself by name.
Hey Beate, hope you’re keeping well? I think you’re right, I’m not sure I ever have haha! Great going with your Slipstravaganza, I hope you’re pleased with it? This Toft advent is the only one I do, there’s no way I’d be able to keep up otherwise!
The ears and chin are incredible! My 11 son loves watching along with me. We are doing the gnome MKAL this month, so we are both enjoying seeing what others are making.
Oh yes definitely take a look at them, they range from beginner to advanced so cover all skill levels and there’s great videos here on TH-cam showing all the techniques!
Hi Karina, yes we were lucky enough to take a trip to Copenhagen a few years ago in December and picked up a festive decoration as a souvenir of our trip! It was such a great trip we’d love to go back one day!
Hey Toft person’s features look very realistic. Well done. Do you do the Strictly Sock Along with Ali of Little Drops of Wonderful? Look forward to next weeks CAL progress. Stay safe and well😷. Thanks from Australia 🐨🐨🦘🦘😷🎄
I really enjoyed your video! Did you knit the beautiful scarf Mark was wearing? If so, could you please tell me where did you get the pattern? Thank you!
Sorry for the slow reply it’s been a busy old month already! I see Georgina replied below for the pattern, if you wanted to see a bit more about that scarf you should watch my June round-up video as I show off the scarf as a finished object!
Yeah! What a tree - wanna come over and get mine ready? haha This was quite unfamiliar to me - you all sitting there in the café and we're sitting here in quite a strict lockdown. Oh deer! (pun intended) Okay so if you find you out where you got all this time from - could you ask for some more to gift it to me? Pleeease :D I also vote for a catch up and extras if possible! Tho I also like to follow your crocheting, I don't mind - and you name it: crafting! Say hi to Mark *waving back* Good job you two with the tree again. Have you already opened the paper bag? Is it a sew on tag or something??
Hey you! I had some time off work which helped to fit more crafting in! We’re still in lockdown in Wales too but up to 4 people can meet in a coffee shop so I’ve been enjoying getting out for a change of scene. I’ve not opened the paper bag yet... I’m very compliant and will wait till I’m told to open it! Hope you enjoyed the extra video I loaded yesterday... there will be another next week featuring the Fox!
@@knit365blog Haha! I don't track - but as you asked about the video... ;-) no problem, feel free to read or comment whatever you like and how that fits your schedule (aka everyday life), no pressure
