i have the super sniper and it can be a pain sometimes. Check for updates for the laptop firmware and the handheld, might be the reason for the connectivity issues
Why didn't you just shorten the column and move the retainer up instead of beating on the header? You need to get that busing away from the header heat anyhow?
Header was already beaten in. I just added another 1/4 inch. Ran it like this for years without any issues so it seems to be working just fine… for now lol. Everything is so tight in these trucks. No matter what you do your column will be right next to the header
It has to measure the pressure in the fuel bowls, that pressure(boost pressure) is pushing against the fuel coming in through the needle and seats. So while your fuel pump is pushing fuel into the bowls the boost pressure is pushing it back out toward the fuel pump. You have to maintain that 7psi over boost pressure. Sortve a tug of war rather push of war and the fuel pump has to win and win by 7psi or it goes lean and melts pistons and shit. Well i just realized your not carb'd but still the regulator has to stack that boost pressure on top of your base pressure and it has to be referenced above your throttle blades.
@@Autofocusracing did u attempt to drive it at all..I know weather been junk..curious if it fully fixed the issue..I know for sure it ain't correct the way u had it but curious
And I thought dropping a 350 in a 91 Sonoma back in the day was a hoot!! Man your truck gets it boy!!! 👍👍
Can't wait for the next video
I'm ready to see the s10 get some runs in
sounds sick
Imagine having 1800hp TT BB in same truck. It is fun
That would be insane!
She sounds good! New sub here 🤟🏽
Thank you 💪🏻
Great videos mate love watching em!
Thank you 💪🏻
Drill and tap the hat for the regulator boost reference should solve your issue.
Already a port in the hat just need to get a fitting and move the hose.
I like the video, got any other gopros? Stick one outside or pov even, good job man.... SUB'd!
Good idea! I’ll see if I can do both. Thanks 💪🏻

Will do! Thanks! Handheld reads good, laptop syncs to the computer but shows no vitals. It’s weird
@Autofocusracing I've had mine do some really weird things. Kinda wish I went with Port injection with a dominator.
@@Autofocusracing and even if the handheld works still make sure it's got the latest firmware.
Will do! Thank you!
Regulator line needs to be in the hat like all the blow through guys..
You have a very nice setup question where did you purchase the valve cover oil fillers
Motion raceworks. I got those and their catch can kit
👍👍👍
Do your front wheels rub the headers when you turn? Just curious cause I have the same set
Where you get the radiator for the truck and what vortec does it have on the motor
Surperior rads radiator for a sbc and it’s a V1 Hd si trim

A bud i was just wondering you boosted the truck but you never said anything about regaping the rings just wondering
Rings were gapped when I built the engine because I planned on either spraying it or boosting it in the future
What size motor you runnin
383
@ ok sweet. Ive got a 350 sbc im putting a single turbo on. So im trying to figure out the best route to go on building the motor for boost
Depends what your end goal is
boost reference the regulator from the top hat.
What’s the benefit over having it in a vacuum port? Honestly curious
It needs to be in the hat, it reads lil higher and keeps up with the curve...there's where all blow through guys run it for this reason

Awesome it’s moved now. Just waiting for the weather to clear. I appreciate the detailed response!! 💪🏻

Put your boost reference in the hat and that should fix your problem
Thank you! It’s ran to it now. Just need the weather to break to test it 💪🏻
sounds like a vette
