The Adventure Mode from Melee is still so much fun and unique since it makes you travel between the characters' actual universes unlike Subspace Emissary and World of Light and it's not only fights (excluding the minigames) like 1P Game from Smash 64!
Plus, there are some secret fights if you fulfill certain conditions which is pretty cool! The only bad thing about it is that you have to replay it with every character for certain unlockables.

I remember there was a really huge number of required battles for unlocking Mr. Game & Watch, my friend and I would just do VS matches at 300% damage and 1 stock all day 😂
@@ZXMany Wow, I've never even considered doing 1000 matches for that since you can also unlock him by completing Classic, Adventure or Break the Targets with all the other characters.

If I went back to this game, the controls feel to difficult to use, with the later games, I find the controls easier to use.

I hated how in order to unlock the Diskum Trophy you needed to unlock all bonuses, I did get it in the end, I just didn't like how I had to do it.

If you beat the first stage within a time limit, you can unlock luigi.

Both are super fun! Melee is incredibly fast-paced and it's mind-blowing at the top competitive level, I haven't watched enough of competitive Ultimate though to know much about it 🤷♂️
