@@JeremyVaraohell yeah sounds like it'll cut really well too in a mix. I'd like to see demo of a few different cabs too with those heads.
I hope Neural dsp brings out an Obsidian amp one day.

Nice, anytime I wanna test hi gain amps/tones I always play Iced Earth riffs. Usually stuff from either something wicked or night of the stormrider. And right away I can usually work out what to tweak to get the response I want.
So glad you posted about your channel on the pointy guitars page. A lot of other channels usually do the big downtuned chugging thing or more modern sounding stuff and as good as those are they always leave me wanting to see more tight/intricate aggressive riffing in their demos to showcase the amps/modelers/plugins response to that playing style.

You just got a new subscriber ! I love my highgain tones to be tight, clear, punchy and "woody" if it makes any sense ! And when someone plays Iced Earth riffs I just give 5 stars on the fly cause there is no better way to show case the structure and tone abilities of a highgain amp other than playing Iced Earth and some thrash on steroid riffs ! Didn't really have enough time with either to make a really informed decision. Both are pretty damn sick but to pick a favorite, I'd need them both side by side and try them in context of my needs.
Man I wish the Granophyre would get back in stock. Contemplating buying the Obsidian how do they compare? Just bought the Gemini this shits killing me ha

@@Wedontdeservedogsbro just message Paul De Maio or Mike Smith. I don't want to say but it is a couple hundred cheaper and you can order it now and have it in 8 weeks or whatever the time frame is right now. They don't have the transformer situation figured out for the 100 watt model is all.

Sure. It was a custom build for NAMM made by Equilibrium Guitars out of Massachusetts
Percussive and tight as fuck!
Granophyre sounds way better than the Obsidian.
This or the Fryette Deliverance would probably be what I’d get if I ever went back to tube.
