What a perfect review. Quick, informative, and to the point. Ordered the non-performance GT since I live in Pittsburgh, and wanted all season tires, the orange stitching which looks much better IMO (isn't in the performance) and didn't want the extra cost. Wasn't a fan of the seats in performance, but wanted the rims. I Am really happy to see you didn't notice much of a difference with acceleration and suspension. I was hoping it wasn't too stiff or a massive difference for acceleration vs non-performance. I was going to change my order to the performance package but after this video I will keep my original build date for November! Thanks again ,you really helped me out and now I look forward to my delivery now.
Agreed. Just drove the GT and GTPE back to back and bought the GT. Hands down a better ride, all season tires and more comfortable as a daily driver. The extra bolsters in the GTPE hit me right in the shoulder blades.
After watching the other reviews I regret not getting the performance trim. This is the reviewer who said the GT non Performance is better. The only thing I wanted from the performance was the magnaride, as my Gt350 has it and I know it makes the car ride better. But 5k was not worth it as I already opted for the $1.3k glass roof and the $2k 360deg camera.
@@RichardJoashTan I agree. But 5k for magnaride is not worth it for me. Plus, all GTPE are being delayed. My dealer told me that I'm getting my GT before all GTPE oweners who ordered their way before I did.
Great review. Seeing this video after a year when I am looking to get a Mach-E, and still haven't made up my mind on it because of the charging infrastructure. Any pointers there?
How do you like it? Do you find the suspension to be too bouncy or not planted enough? Just excited for my order, and like getting opinions vs performance.
Interesting. You came to the opposite conclusion that Kyle at Out Of Spec did, but I find it encouraging. I took a Premium big battery AWD that I had on order for a test ride and could not tolerate the pogo-like suspension. My wife could not stand the squishy flat seat (how to put this... she ain't small and waif-like). The non-performance GT may be the answer for us if the rear damping has improved over the base model. Unfortunately these are in high demand and it may be years before dealers have demo units.
for the added cost to go to a GT from a Premium, I just didn't feel it was worth it. very happy with our premium but I will be swapping out some suspension parts,
Feels like Ford has a very solid car in the Mach-E. Perhaps two biggest lags to the Model Y are 1)software including ADAS, and 2) charging infrastructure/experience.
Yes please. I've seen several Mach E GT reviews, by people who know Model Ys. I'd love to hear a comparison. I own a Model 3 and have driven a base model Mach E. The Ford was terrible.
Only think to me that's sad towards the mustang mach e and also the GT, not so much range and its quick off the line and then die down after like it doesn't have enough power to carry it.. I dont understand that. It launches better over the Tesla model 3 an Y. But after those car just run past it like it's not there. Ford please fix that. Other than that. It's a great car, with a beautiful look to it
How well does the GT (non PE) attenuate the oversteer people comment on in the Premium? And did you have traction/stability control on or off? Thanks in advance for your reply. I'm trying to decide between a Premium and a GT (non-PE) and the understeer is an issue (mostly because of the screaming of the tires).
Magnaride is head and shoulders more premium feeling as an experience over gt’s regular suspension. Dont know what he is talking about…and the seats are much better on gtpe.
Great presentation. I’ve always been curious about the Mach-E but like many of my Mustang-driving friends, I’ve had to overcome a lot of personal bias against calling this EV a Mustang.
Good video but for me it wasn't really helpful because I wouldn't use the car to race with it or comparing it to my non existing tuned Tesla. Great Video though
Wow!!! So you didn’t bother to tell us horsepower or torque for any of the cars you drove…. Thanks so much 🙏 because when your doing a car comparison review between two or more cars it’s always important not to mention it at all @ any point during the review….your really good @ these you should start a TH-cam channel….

Glad that I will buy a fully loaded Mustang Mach-E GT Performance Edition anyway.
Red brake calipers, illuminated pony, carbon style front facia. Gt badging. An front splitter. Gt over premium exterior differences
I would have to agree with you. Too much bolstering can get really uncomfortable.
I've been looking forward to seeing a review involving all of the AWD extended range variants of the Mach-E. Absolutely great review!
Thank you! Glad we could deliver!

Subscribed, very good video informative, to the point and full of usable information.
Looking forward to more.
❤amazing video very helpful to understand the difference among all models
Thank you for agreeing with my choice to order the GT over the GT Performance, for similar reasons.

Thanks for your review. It was what I was looking for.
Just what i was looking for thanks brotha!
I've been driving the GT nonperformance for two months. My wife will not get in the car again if I fully accelerate, once was enough for her.

Good video without a lot of time wasted
Shout out to the Alameda filming locations!
I do not think that you are the one to say if the Mach-E deserves the Mustang badge. That is Ford's prerogative.

Yes, the suspension and seats are absolutely what we would be waiting for too
Is the glass roof or the normal roof lighter?

Great, objective video!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Your complaints about throttle response in the GTP, put it in whisper mode.

now with the revised grille, specially on the yellow paint job, it looks like a SUV mustang. 👌
Interesting seeing your review compared to other reviews, especially the magna ride evaluation.
Thank you, could you elaborate?
Tesla model Y or one of these I can’t make up my mind🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
