Trying to Master The Balancing Moves with the rest of This Awesome Form. At 76 years young, It’s Time to Test for my 2nd Degree Black Belt Form. ☮️👊🏻 TKD Forever 💪🏻
For me this is actually pretty easy because I’m really good at balance and power but don’t get me started at the poomsae after this one because that’s a lot a lot lot harder.
It's certainly not an easy form to do. I also find Pyonwon to be challenging though. Sipjin is my favorite at the moment, but working on learning Jitae.
Many Korean Taekwondo Masters I've trained with have said that this is the hardest Kuki Taekwondo poomsae. I agree. Taebaek, Pyonwon & Sipjin are not as difficult. Balance is the key.
I know that KKW has moved more toward sport and basically having no separation with WT anymore but it would be nice to see a practical bun hae series for poomsae. Most kkw bun hae I see for poomsae isnt very good but I know there some Masters out there that have kept up with the martial tradition of TKD and could help put a great bun hae curriculum together.
Hello honorable brothers and Masters. Greetings from Lima Peru Sabbomnim Enrique Basurco 4th Dan thank you for contributing with technical audio visual support for all Taekwondo practitioners in the world.
I AM A TEACHER, I HAVE JUST OPEN TAEKWONDO CLUB. BUT SAD BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE EQUIPMENT TO USE SUCH AS PUZZLE MAT, BODY PROTECTORS, GEARS AND SO ON. MAYBE YOU THOSE THINGS , WE ARE ACCEPTING SECOND HAND. THANKS IN ADVANCE..
So what, did the punches and spin change? Now you swing your arms wide open before the punch and turn? Before you put your fists together one on top of the other, one vertical on top, and performed it.
Hmm, I the way it's shown here was the way I was always taught to do it. It seems like you were taught to apply a Jaggeun Doljjeogwi as the chamber before the Keun Doljjeogwi, but I've never seen it done that way. (They mention that in the video at 14:47.)
Well, I hate to be that guy, but it’s called a poomsae. I’m in no way shape or form trying to be rude or buggy. Kata is the karate equivalent of a poomsae, which they are showing here.

This is by far the hardest black belt form
Easily the most fun to watch and do though in my opinion

Yh as there isn't any kick in this poomsae everything need to be perfect specially when u are competing.

Thanks for the great video. I am learning this for part of my 2nd Dan test later this year.
At 5:27 - sorry to be a pedant, but I think that should be "iliac crest".
got a good chuckle, along with confusion, when they said "lilac" lol
So hard to balance with keumgang😭
That's my biggest challenge as well, especially on my left foot.
