Most likely so we can follow along, as well as showing an alternate perspective. when the form is record from in front, the viewer has to mentaly flip it, but all the movements can be seen clearly. When recorded from behind, the moves are obstructed, but the viewer can fllow along easier because it doesn't have to be flipped.
