I don't know if this applies to APD but I know it does for many other national police departments. I happened to see the video footage showing five or six Albuquerque police officers gunning down in a hail of bullets a homeless veteran who was doing no one any harm. The officers stood not 25 feet away from the man sitting on a bench and gunned him down like a rabid dog. It was sickening and disgusting to say the least. Judgment awaits Mystery Babylon secret society members and it ain't pretty.
@@Bdamazyn I suspect James Boyd's parents were secret society members which is why they: 1. wouldn't allow him to live with them, and 2. received a huge payment from the City of Albuquerque "for their trouble." Not for nothing does the bible warn us in SIX (6) verses that our biggest enemies will be those of our own family. See verses: Mica 7:6; Mark 13:11-12; Matthew 10:21; and Matthew10:35-36; Luke 12:52-53; and Luke 21:16.

Which one, there are so many? I think you might be talking about Rodger Shaffer? That one was extremely difficult being on scene and watching our fire department personnel slap hand fives of the 🐷 who killed that man! On that scene they found no commanding officers that's why they looked like a definite group of thugs. Since then they burned a 15 year old child in a home, have shot innocent individuals trying to apprehend a suspect and killed another man who was handcuffed in back of a police vehicle, just to name a few. As for community engagement, I'll still give them an F! They threaten witnesses with jail all the time. They spent about 20 million dollars for PR personnel to teach the Albuquerque PD how to BS the community until their called out that is. They can't even get ipra requests put on time. Which I guess is a small improvement in the last 11 years. At least they do know that's also part of transparency now.
