(thought it would work as normal due to it being water proof within certain parts of the detector), on dry land and sand worked well. My first one, so still have lots to learn
Fun video! Many, many, many years ago, before waterproof detectors, I always wondered what I'd find as I led tourists around the reefs. As a quick reminder... surface assisted diving (as we see in this video) follows the exact same dive tables as scuba diving. As they say, you can't change physics.

Good on you for cleaning up the trash❤, but stabbing the bottle (8:47) underwater creates microplastics which is 10x harder to clean out of the water systems😢.
