I haven’t played the physical game but I just bought the iPad app and I really really wish they would have implemented a log so that new players (or even seasoned players) could check the log and see what just happened. That said, the app is BEAUTIFUL and robust, I’m just gonna have to suffer though the initial confusion and learn what the hell is going on.
Correction: there is a log! But IMO it’s not very detailed. I encourage everyone to try the official Dominion Online web app, it’s great and the log that is implemented is purely text but it makes it very very clear 1) what just happened down to the individual cards that were discarded or acquired or “trashed” and 2) the chronology of what just happened.
