This is a fantastic car. I have taken delivery of an XE black edition in blue fire with an oyster interior. This is my third XE since production began. Build quality has improved 100% from my first XE back in 2015. Will certainly be looking for another when the time is right.
My Jag is from the 2017 production year. Somehow I'm having trouble with the new 2021 design elements. I am apparently no longer young enough to find the electric steering wheel or the 25 displays good and beautiful. The shift lever/selector isn't the prettiest element either. The stitching on the seats, well, very sporty. The many plastic air vents don't look sporty either. Yes, it's a sports sedan, it just lacks elegance at some point. As for the workmanship, I can't find anything to criticize in terms of quality in four years. Interior leather is couleur beige, without wild sports stitching. If it were up to me, even the navigation system would be more discreet, even invisible. If electronics, then directly Tesla.
Can't wait to collect mine! R Dynamic black in Eiger grey with top end Meridian, Matrix LED Headlamps and a few extras, so much cheaper by around 10k then a comparable BMW 320d M Sport once spec'd up. Unbelievable value with such a beautiful design and high end quality. I decided against the BMW G20 because this drives better and the BMW will age- plus its not unique everybody has one and has an extra 14bhp! I would love to see mine being built in the factory in September/October time!
An absolutely superb Jaguar as is the 2021 XF but Jaguar..... You need both model ranges as P300s minimum let alone P400s ... BMW are leaving you for dust with the 330e & 530e!! How can you be so slow at coming to the party? Yes you might lose boot space but if BMW can do it and send sales through the roof!! Why can’t Jaguar??
The kind of people who can afford a Jaguar are hardly interested in such a party. In reasonable equipment, it is just under 60.000 bugs. But that's the small one.
