I have not had to contact them for any reason but that is not the first time I have heard that. Thanks for letting us know about your experience with them… And also, thanks for checking out my channel 👍🏼👍🏼
My 720Pro arrived a couple days ago. Finally unboxed it today. My husband is the carpenter in the family but he’s retired…and he is taking that very seriously. 😂. I’ve decided I want to do some projects now that I’m retired. He’s had one for the original Kreg pocket holes for 30+ yrs. After checking out some videos decided to jump in and buy the 720Pro. What the heck. It’s only money. 😂. I do think it’s going to be a time saver and much easier to use for a novice like myself. Thanks for your video. Will be checking out some of your others.
I absolutely love my Kreg 720. Hopefully you will as well… Thank you so much for sharing a little info and taking the time to comment. Let me know how your projects are coming along!!!
My wife mentioned something to me about me upgrading from the k5, but it still works great. I’m a bit like you and it’ll have to fall apart before I replace it lol.
I don’t know… I had my old one for years but I regret not upgrading sooner. I drilled out a ton of pocket holes for a project I’m working on after I finished filming that video earlier and it’s seriously worth the upgrade. Go for it😂😂
Been eyeing this model for a while now. Have a k5 and it’s awesome but the dust connection is not effective at all. I appreciate that you said the dust collection works well on this model. Thanks for sharing
I’m working on a project and I wound up truly now 40 or 50 holes this afternoon afternoon after I film this video… Not any sawdust on my workbench when I was finished. It literally sucks up everything. Get one 😂🤟🏼🤟🏼
""... so I did what any good resourceful woodworker would do, I logged on to the internet and I found a parts breakdown and I got the part number for that rubber bumper and then ... I ordered the brand new 720 Pro pocket hole jig" well that could have been much worse you could have ordered a Festool Domino 😉🤣 (jk - if I had the money, I'd have a Domino in a flash) and, as per others, congrats on on the 1K+ subs ✅
I bet you do. I drilled out a ton of holes after I filmed the video for a project I’m working on and I’m already glad I upgraded. Should’ve upgraded sooner🤟🏼🤟🏼
I had one prior to buying this… Probably the same one you have. I’ve got this new one mounted to my workbench and it is so nice to have it readily available and mounted the way it is
Kreg has the best customer service that I ever dealt with. Fantastic company.

Been seeing this one, gonna be a nice upgrade. I like that it has dust collection. Congratulations on the 1K subs!!! 🎊🎉
Thanks !!! I’ll be picking people tomorrow for both giveaways!!

Nice review. I literally know nothing about pocket holes.. what depth to drill..best practice on placement etc..
In the beginner’s series that we post every other Friday, I might expand a little and show you guys more about some tools like this… thoughts??
@@NuKraftWorkshop I love that idea.
Thanks for watching… 🤟🏼🤟🏼
I have a portable version of that one.
