I got the 720 pro and love it but not the pro part. I ended up just taking off the accessory wings and just use the flip out ones. Fortunately this jig is 1 1/2 high so you can just use 2x4s for supports. I don't clamp or screw it down and it's plenty stable. The way it holds the material is great. I just did a bunch of cabinet pull out drawers and doing the pocket holes was very quick and the dust collection is great. I had bought the Armor jig to replace my Kreg K3 that I've used for years but I didn't like it, it just doesn't hold the material well. If you want an extra of the new drill bit, look for the Kreg 310 kit. Better deal than just the bit. I keep one bit set for 3/4 and one for 1 1/2 as that is what I usually work with.
I'm not crazy about the wings either, too flimsy. But I do believe that the pro comes with the front clamp when the 720 does not. So, for $20 more, I am still happy with the pro choice. Good tips, thanks for that. Thank you for watching. Check out hundreds more of our videos at www.aroundthehome.org
Thanks. I wasn’t sure about using channel lock until you did. So it’s in now. I can’t imagine fitting it without pliers. The pins are not tall enough.

Does anyone know if 720 can accommodate HD pocket holes?
