The #50 is their first electric train. All gas locomotives will be replaced with the electric locomotives in the coming years. While the electric trains are a significant improvement, they unfortunately don’t have real whistles.
The whistle is quiet because it’s a fake whistle coming from speakers, although the volume is supposed to be adjustable. Also you need to remember that the electric train is still new so it will need plenty of time before it works perfectly. Down the line it will be a lot better than the current gas ones. But I do wish there was a real whistle instead of the fake one.
Yes it breaks down a lot and it needs to be charged for hours most of the time you when you go there they're not running it while the diesel trains can run all day and refuel in 5 mins

They most likely won't go electric for the rest of them because of charging
I was there just A few weeks ago I believe 3 weeks or so ago just before Halloween 🎃 ...... 😆 🤣 😂 you ran to see the red train go by 😆 😂 😄
Our electric train sounds so underwhelming. The whistle is way to quiet and I've heard it breaks down a lot
