- Here is one of the big things I have been working on, Railfanning the TRRA. After sorting through 4 hours of video of the Terminal, these 9 and a half minutes worth of video, I think, shows the Terminal at its best. It was not an easy thing to do, since all the footage I have I wanted to use.
So here it is, my latest video on youtube, please enjoy!
The TRRA railroad track ran right outside my neighborhood in Richmond Heights Mo. The engines were painted green around the 1960s when I lived there. Even though we weren't supposed to play around the railroad tracks, I spent a lot of my childhood hanging around there anyway! St Louis Metrolink has taken over that track now, but this began my fascination with trains. Thanks for the memories!
Holy cow! I live in the same area right were metro took over the tracks. And there still is some old track left over by the TRRA. I’ve walk walker up by the old bridges in Clayton it’s very fun.
I can die happy, now ~ I've lived long enough to see an SD-40-2 made into a SLUG in my own lifetime!!!!!!!
GREAT vid, Mate, and 10-Q!!!
I have always wanted to know more about the TRRA
Good Video

oh and for the record,
all you people who say this is a waste of time, well if you think that, then you shouldn't of spent the time to watch it in the first place =]
Love it. Thanks for putting it together.
