    I bought a Z-1000 the end of March for my bedroom. It worked so well & I was so impressed with the air quality, I turned around 1 week later & bought a Z-2000 for my living room & kitchen. And now the quality of the air in my home has greatly improved.
    I've had severe asthma since birth. For years, I would go through (2) new rescue inhalers every 3 weeks used to combat the severe asthma. Since I started keeping both air purifiers running 18-20 hours each day, (1) rescue inhaler has lasted me 5 weeks with enough medication in it for another 2 weeks. Even my pulmonary specialist can see a difference in my breathing tests. They don't just remove dirt & animal dander. They also filter out allergens & other asthma triggers.
    Word of advise: When you order your air purifier, also order replacement filters & UV light at that time. Have everything on hand for when you need it & you won't have to worry about anything being back-ordered. Reading the reviews, I saw there were times replacement filters & UV lights weren't immediately available. Keep them on hand & re-order after changing each.

      Hi, i cannot decide between z1000 and z2000. i read that you have both of them. i do not need extra square meter which comes as a feature of z2000, but i am not sure because filters of z2000 looks bigger and it has a screen. Appreciate any suggestion☺️

    I recommend because it has an UV light to disinfect the air, it also catches more dust than others.👍

    Is the odor of plastic material normal? We have already exchanged one piece for another due to smell while turned on. The new/exchamged one still has the smell and when you turn on the purifier, leave the room closed and enters it after a while you can smell strong plast odor.

    Hi Ive just bought myself one of these.
    Can someone please tell me what the numbers signify?

    • @subatomic10
      @subatomic10 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The numbers and colour indicate the air quality reading, taken by the Remote SensorPod, in the room where the air purifier is located. Readings between 0-50 will illuminate Blue, indicating Good air quality. Readings between 50-100 will illuminate Yellow, indicating Moderate air quality. Readings between 100-500 will illuminate Red, indicating Poor air quality

    Hello, what type of hepa in z 1000/z 2000? what's the different between that and true hepa ? Because I read only z 3000 equiped with true hepa.

      @TruSens  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Cyril! The TruSens Z-1000/Z-2000/Z-2500 Air Purifier models include a HEPA-type filter and the TruSens Z-3000/Z-3500 Air Purifier models includes a True HEPA filter. HEPA-type filters capture particulate matter as small as 0.3 microns. True HEPA filters capture more than 99.97% of these particulates, down to 0.3 microns. We also offer specialty filters that all contain True HEPA and are available in every size. To learn more, visit: www.trusens.com/

    Is the Uv thing dangerous to health? What does it do exactly? Do I need to have it one? Thanks, in advance!

    • @Olibelus
      @Olibelus 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's simply a UV lightbulb inside that destroys bacteria and viruses. It's good for an air purifier to have one. Since the UV lamp is inside (and you're not exposed to it at all) it's completely harmless to human beings. It definitely bears more benefits than risks! Do you own research though, of course!

    • @TruSens
      @TruSens  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks@@Olibelus ! As mentioned, our purifiers include a UV-C type ultraviolet light to reduce the growth of microbes on the surface of the filter. The UV-C bulb operates at 254 nanometers. Light at this wavelength is not capable of creating ozone. Our purifiers are certified by the California Air Resources Board (CARB), whose requirements include a strict limit on ozone emissions. The UV light can also be turned off, allowing you to control if/when you want to run UV.

    How often do you replace the filter and where do you buy it?
    Is this unit ozone free?

    • @phillipkay17
      @phillipkay17 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The washable Pre-Filter does not need to be changed -- simply rinse with water, air dry, then re-use. It captures large particles such as dust and pet hair.
      The HEPA lasts about 12-15 months. It captures particulate matters that we can not see with the human eye, as small as 0.3 microns.
      The Carbon Filter lasts about 3-4 months. It removes certain gases and odors.
      The UV Bulb lasts about 2-3 years. It kills viruses, germs, and bacteria that can get trapped in the filter.
      And yes, TruSens is ozone free :)

      Thank you @@phillipkay17 ! As mentioned, the purifier is equipped with replacement indicators that will notify you when it is time to replace the Carbon, HEPA filter, or the UV lamp. However, you can generally plan on replacing the Carbon every 3-4 months, HEPA filter every 12-15 months, and the UV lamp every 1-3 years.
      TruSens air purifiers feature a UV-C bulb that operates at 254 nanometers. Light at this wavelength is not capable of creating ozone.The UV light can also be turned off, allowing you to control if/when you want to run UV.
      All TruSens products can be found on TruSens.com . Replacement filters and UV bulbs are specifically found at: www.trusens.com/c/replacement-filters-uv-bulbs/?srt=relevance Hope this helps!

    What does SensorPod do?

    • @mattgaetz5548
      @mattgaetz5548 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      it senses the contaminates in the air and tells the machine what to do.

    • @TruSens

      Hi Ammar! The SensorPod is an air quality monitor. Placed across the room, SensorPod communicates to the TruSens Air Purifier so it can adjust the fan speed as needed. Learn more about the TruSens SensorPods here: www.trusens.com/air-treatment-technology/sensorpod-air-quality-monitor/
