This exercise of urs is soooooo good,, I’m a thin tall girl, and trying to gain.. I use to be 75-77kgs before 6 months, but lost a lot of weight and reached to 51kgs just in 3 months bcuz of depression.. however, now im doing good, and wants to get back in a shape.. ur videos are really helpful and those are supporting me in my gaining journey… Thank you for sharing such effective videos,. And yeah, I am doing this workout since the day uh posted, and I can see the change in my thighs and booties now… it’s just been 9 days, even I cannot believe this change in my self❤
I rarely had the discipline to do targeted, repetitive exercises, before these videos. Now, I genuinely look forward to my time with Ivana and the viewers as a way to relax/focus when I'm alone. I'm grateful. :)

To whoever needs this you can do it!!! I believe in you although these workouts are hard you can push through them and you can achieve your goals by believing in yourself 🫶🏼 You also got to be patient it doesn’t come straight away some advice👍🏽
