If our guests they booked our room for 2 or more nights and they deposited us for some money but, few days later they informed us again that they're going to cancel their reservation. So I want to know, if in this case do we have to repay that deposit back to them or not? Thank you.😍😍
I think it depends to your Policy as a Hotel. If you have a no refund policy, then you don't give it back. If you have a policy that says, you are going to deduct a certain percentage, then you will apply that. But if there's no policy at all about cancelation fees, then I think you should refund them all their money
Just deducted length of their stay and 50% the rasedue room blocking from the early C/O. This is purpose for OTA/Off TA/Walking Guest, also depending on season during stay. Thank you.
The models are still on first semester, and for us they were amazing since it is not easy for a beginner to talk while the recording crew are paying attention to them :)

Hi thanks for watching. If there are two or more receptionist in the FO at the same time, we can handle more than one guest. If there is only one receptionist, we ask the other guest to be seated and waiting for their turn.

@@hashanamarammachate414 For a group reservation, just the tour leader/group leader who needs to handle the check in. After the check in process has finished, the tour leader distribute the room card/key to all the group member.
