I am not agree with so much roboc attention.need be natural .I was bell boy in 5 star and is important connect.sometimes the guest don't want to explain all .because they travel so many hotel 5 star.
Yup you did it how is it supposed to be, mostly guest have so fuckn tired from a their long trip and just wanted to rush jump out of to the bed 😂

I really consider it a very good representation of how things should go while assisting the guest.
the explanation part sometimes is not necessary in actual work 😂 the guests are tired of listening they all just want to have a rest.. anyways😂 for all the beginners out there, this is the standard, you've a lot to learned from this video.

Never push a bell cart from behind. You pull the bell cart by the steering end. This gives you a free hand to open the door and complete control over steering the cart.

He spends way too much time in the room explaining. Guests will not like this behavior. They are tired. They have traveled far and they want privacy. He should unload the luggage and get out. Tell them the number for concierge if they have any questions.
