Thank you so much I passed my interview got this job, as a front desk with no experience 🥺I was thinking to not show up for the interview because I failed the phone interview because I wasn’t expected she will interviewed me in the phone without notice me..she gave me a second chance to come interview in person, I was going crazy late night looking at your page to study then boom! I made it 🤩 something I realize never give up because hard work always paid off 🤛🏽

My tips are to think of your answers for the questions mentioned in this video (better yet right down the KEY POINTS to the questions) and practice them ahead of time either in your head or out loud. For my interview, they didnt include so many of the questions. I answer their questions and TRY( dont force it in) to find an opportunity to fit in your "key points" mentioned in this video. Make sure to prepare your self introduction. ( You do not want to mess up from the start and start feeling anxious) Keep an uplifting attitude, but always professional. In my opinion, it is important to have a good time with the interviewers because that conveys to them that you will also give this impression to their customers. I watched this video after doing my own research on the position and company I was interviewing for and I have been unemployed for 16 years so to say I was a nervous was an understatement but thanks to watching this video beforehand.... I got the job
Your videos are insanely helpful! I’ve passed two interviews with flying colors AND received an answer within two hours of the interview, when I was originally told that I probably wouldn’t receive an answer for more than 24 hours! The first one allowed also me to get a salary $12600 above my previous salary!!!

I was asked all these questions, obviously I did not answer what they wanted to hear. I did not get the job. I applied to another hotel, which has a better reputation than the first one, which will make it harder to get the job. I found your videos, I practiced them and memorized the answers. Went to the first interview and everything went well, I received another call in the evening to go to a second interview. I did great. Today I received a call, they told me I got the job 🎉🎉. Although I saw this too late, I did not know why but I passed the interview for a “hotel guest services associate” position without any guidance or tips. My answers came out naturally the way it would and coming back to this video, I realised I’ve been answering correctly as expected for the interviewers! I have 1 tomorrow in person at Marriot, & during my phone call today, I was asked what programs I was familiar with in the computer, I answered ms word PowerPoint & a little about Microsoft XL, I'm confident communicating with people but I honestly feel I need practice with Computer programs. Although I feel Confident about my English & people skills. ANY POINTERS ON THE COMPUTER SYSTEM, I'M OPEN TO ALL❓❗❓❗
My advice would be to watch some tutorials here on TH-cam for Word, PowerPoint and Excel - a lot of good tricks can be learnt quickly and then put them into practice to gain the experience. Best of luck! :)

I've always been bad and get nervous at interviews and drew huge blanks but I tried this today after just looking at this video yesterday and I literally got the job offer thanks to this!Thanks a lot! I just applied at bread and breakfast inn. I recently stayed there on my honeymoon. As a front desk receptionist. Kinda of nervous I don't have experience. I do in customer services and working as a cashier

I have 1 tomorrow in person at Marriot, & during my phone call today, I was asked what programs I was familiar with in the computer, I answered ms word PowerPoint & a little about Microsoft XL, I'm confident communicating with people but I honestly feel I need practice with Computer programs. Although I feel Confident about my English & people skills. ANY POINTERS ON THE COMPUTER SYSTEM, I'M OPEN TO ALL❓❗❓❗
My advice would be to watch some tutorials here on TH-cam for Word, PowerPoint and Excel - a lot of good tricks can be learnt quickly and then put them into practice to gain the experience. Best of luck! :)
