Taking Orders
- Approach from the left
- Be attentive, listen carefully
- Repeat orders
Serving:
Serve solid foods, like salads and main course from the guest’s left side.
Serve beverages and liquids, like soup and drinks, from the guest’s right side.
Clearing:
Clear from the Right:
Remove used plates, utensils, and glasses from the guest’s right side.
Serve Clockwise:
Serve guests in a clockwise direction around the table.
Be Discreet:
Serve and clear quietly and efficiently, without disturbing guests.
