    Love this video!! As someone who’s been an ILA trainer on various pieces of equipment For over 20 years I think it’s great to see these women excel. Women learn so much easier. Us guys are too thick headed.

    These are some hard hitting women that I'm proud to say I personally know. Nothing was given to these women. They can do everything on the Waterfront that men can do. Love working beside them......it's an honor

      Basically is key word...meaning they can't do all that's required to call yourself an longshoremen

      @@wdc2032 I believe you know the intent of this post . BUT, I will delete the word "basically" since it doesn't fit the character of these hard working women. However, once again, it's an honor to work beside these women that works harder than some of the men

    i can try Lot of time from ILA 28 But they not give chance i have 6 year RTG Operator Experience i have my twic card i am US citizen i dont know why they dont give chance to get job
