A large part of the psychology of "typical City," "we do things the hard way," is such an endearing part of the blue Manc supporter base. You lot could be incredibly arrogant with the amount of winning that has gone on during the Guardiola era. You could be like United, Liverpool, Real Madrid or Barca in terms of entitlement, because all you watch from your terraces is winning football. But the legacy of the relegation years has tempered and humbled you right through all the generations that compose your matchday crowds, even for those who don't remember Maine Road or a time before the Abu Dhabi lads arrived on the scene. The appreciation for how sport can play-out when you're not born with a silver spoon in your gob, when trophies aren't realistically in-play when the next season begins, makes it so easy to cheer for you lot. Congrats, blues. It was such fun watching you live the ups and downs of another marvelous campaign.
