YouTube Live Stream Not Working When Pairing a Streaming Device

I have recently become aware of an issue with live streaming devices no longer working autonomously when paired to a TH-cam account and so I tested a Magewell Ultra Stream HDMI live streaming interface using the RTMP settings to see how it would work.
