- It's time to talk about the 12 figures from TFSB. This video is just me ranting and rambling on about how frustrated I am at not getting the 12 custom figures.

I got my 2022 Iconicon Boba Fett and it is the Absolute Best custom figure I have ever seen or held. I got the carded and loose version. I cannot stop looking at it . Such a professional job on it and the vac metal finish is out of this world.

Richard, Thank You for this video. I am thrilled to see that you still had proof that these were a PRE-ORDER and not a crowd funding project. Too many fans have been financially hurt by this company.
You are also dead on correct for calling them out for selling figures on etsy that were part of the 13 line. Those figures should be going to the customers that have already paid for them.

Thank you for sharing your story Richard. It’s been a very long ordeal. I too am out money on the 13 figures. I was also removed from their FB group must be over a year ago now. Stick with Stan Solo and you’ll never be disappointed. Those first few figures you received (Han trooper,blue snag and droids R2) were all designed and produced by Chris Smith prior to him starting up Stan Solo that’s why those figures impressed you and gave you the confidence to order the 13. There are many of us in this same situation. Hang in there and keep collecting.

So sorry for you and all of the other pre-order customers (not crowd funding!). The only thing that stopped me joining you all was I couldn’t afford that price in one go. Fingers crossed that there is some form of resolution in the near future 🤞

I placed in an order with TFSB in 2019 for a Bantha, a loose 13, and a carded 13, basically $1000 that I might has well lit on fire and thrown out the window. Three years later, I have received nothing. Thank you for posting this video and telling your story! (And by the way I've ordered MANY custom Star Wars figures from other makers in the community and been super happy --- notably Stan Solo and Procustoms who are both excellent and reliable.)

Hi Richard, hindsight is wonderful isn’t it, this right here is why I rarely get involved with fan figure companies (I have ordered figures from Stan solo and they always arrive no problem, the only fan company I’m happy to deal with) but never used any other fan companies with crazy pre orders like this because I always have these suspicions, they have simply stolen yours and other peoples money, there’s no other words for it! I’m so sorry this has happened to you.
Plus the responses you receive are a disgrace when you are a paying customer, do you think he’d be so snarky in his responses if he was in a room with all the people he’s stolen from? Easy to be clever behind the safety of your keyboard, I really hope you get some kind of satisfactory solution my friend 🙏

ProCustom figures is also a good reputable company for great figures. Mark is always very polite.

As bad as the situation of never getting our product is, Krahn makes it worse with this responses to paying customers. He will constantly defect any direct question you ask him to some other trivial point you made. He has been caught lying on countless occasions but will still insist that he never did, which itself is another lie. Our money is 100% gone.

To all those thinking and sharing they didn't get caught up by the scam, we don't want to hear about it; just stop buying or consider buying TFSB crap on Etsy. We need Krahn to stop swindling more people and/or reselling stuff that has been paid for by us original customers and for Krahn to disappear from the hobby completely never to return, so legit people like those at Stan Solo can continue strong delivering their products without TFSB making their lives impossible.
And those ranting about legal action, if you are not a lawyer willing to take the case stop expressing your opinion, it is something that has already been thought of long ago and there's no recourse, our fault is to have believed in the lies of the scammer and to put our faith wrongly on him to deliver, way beyond the consumer rights that would have otherwise provided us with refunds, you are unnecessarily just adding discomfort to a sore spot.

More people need to be doing this. The silence is what lets them get away with it. I'm still shocked there isn't any kind of cohesive movement online to make them accountable. I'm out of pocket too on these and if there was some place I could join up to make some kind of difference it would be something to keep this fresh in people's minds. We need lawyers who are devoted fans to step up and do some representing. I don't doubt karma will catch up with these people, but that they're still getting away with it with complete radio silence is wholly enraging. Thanks for speaking up.

Richard, Thanks for spreading the word about TFSB. Like you and countless others, I ordered a set of the 12 carded and will never see them. I kissed that money goodbye long ago. Quite honestly, the figures were looking worse with every update (when he was still posting updates). My collection is better off not having those eyesores in it. And you're right, why Thrawn, really?? Keep up the good work!!

It's amazing how something can be "crowdfunded" (which we know it wasn't) and then "sold out" and apparently not make enough to "fund" the project despite being sold out.

The fans strike back are on the Better Business Bureau website. They are not bbb accredited, but tou can still file a complaint. The BBB does work. They go after businesses. Just used them with Ticketmaster. Ever tried to get ahold of somebody there? People should band together and sue. Bbb file was opened on 4/3/22.

I know the feeling... I've been scammed hard too in the Star Wars universe as a droid builder. Spent over $400 on steel R2 foot shells. Guy did a huge part run, collected about $150k, and then paid his wife's doctor bills. Time ran out and credit card company couldn't help. Guy should have went to jail, but the club let him off easy. I hope you get some resolution.

this could be a case of mail theft, when i when to the star wars celebration 4, i tried shipping my concept star wars figures that i bought home but they never arrived home, i think the ups guy i gave my box to, opened it and sold the figs on ebay, and i never knew what happened.

Although there is a contract I’d say that he hasn’t fulfilled his side of the contract through an unreasonable timeframe, lack of communication etc, would you be able to resort to legal means?

Chris krahn took off an shut down his site he stole everyone's money . Not good I never thought he would do this but truth now comes out . Truth be told he was lying this whole time. I'll never buy from these bootleggers can't take the chance on any of them really.
I'm really sorry for this ordeal you are experiencing Rich. How disgusting TFSB are for taking people's money in good faith. I hope there are some other avenues you can go down to either get these mysterious figures, or get a full refund. I wonder what the outcome would have been if you kept the proto types like Gary mentioned?. My guess is, you would have those figures in hand lighting fast. Don't give up my friend...keep pursuing them!!✊

I'm sorry that you have had such a terrible experience. Michael at Retroblasting also talked about his poor experience. This is where a complaint at the Better Business Bureau is in order, if his company is even listed. Fortunately, I have a distrust about most businesses not to mention the government (don't get me started on the covid shot - notice I did not use the word vaccine), as well as a limited budget and did not plunk down money for his figures. On the flip side, I also have missed out on some cool Haslab ships for the very same reason. I think you have been patient long enough to justify putting out this video. Stan Solo does produce high quality figures and I own quite a few of them. Thanks for keeping us collectors informed.

Almost bought in when these were first announced. I'm grateful I put a pause on collecting at the time as I would be in exactly the same position today. Krahn is a two-bit criminal who has no businesd being a part of this hobby. And we can't be rid of him without him being called out. Thank you for making this.

Hello Richard, Thank you for sharing this video. Both I & my buddy Sam are still waiting on our 12 figures each & 2 Banthas. We both ordered them in box & carded. Together we are $1,600.00 in the hole from this guy. I'm just wondering if he thinks he's going to really get away with ripping off customers. Seems to me his day is comming. Carma is bad but Dogma is worse. Chris will get his in the end. If he does finally ship our product, he will loose all credibility with the fans. I have also ordered the 13 i was taken in by the wording and the website looked great,there was a recent update on the site about the 13 saying we will get them but will we,they also showed how long other crowdfunded projects take but my issue with this is i didnt purchase as a crowd funded project i also ordered as a pre order at the same time as you,i have asked some time ago for a refund and was told no,if i had backed as a crowd funder id understand but it was a preorder,thanks for speaking out

I am so sorry this happened to everyone. I was not in a position to purchase at the time and that turned out to be lucky. And I would only purchase when Chris Smith was still involved. It’s 3 years. How has no one sued?
You're so lucky. One of the main reasons people haven't sued is that it would be a civil lawsuit and to do that people would have to go to the state where the fan strike back runs their business and that would be costly in itself. The airfare and probably hotel stay would cost more than getting the money back.

Thank you so much for this! I'm in a similar situation: funded The Thirteen 3 years ago, as a pre-order, under the promise that it would have been delivered within 3 months. To date, Krahn has been extremely evasive and unprofessional in any of my attempts to get an update on my order. Really hoping your video helps raise awareness and that he's held accountable. All of his customers deserve a refund in full at this point.

I'm in the same boat. Waiting on my 12 and my banthas. I got banned from the Facebook group as well. I highly doubt I'll ever get them. Honestly even if I do receive them they'll always be attached to a terrible, terrible experience. I'll never be able to separate the toy from the hassle. That being said I still want to receive them on principle alone. I'd very likely sale it all at this point. Thanks for the video.

The one and only order I ever placed with tfsb was sent out after 1,5 years and allegedly lost in the mail. After seeing images of that Leia I'm not even sorry. I've written off the loss and will never buy from them again.

I ordered a loose set. Have emailed him a couple of times and gotten no response. I got the Thrawn figure in 2020 and that’s it. Are we ever getting these other figures? I got the Han and Luke Stormtrooper, Yak Face, Blue Snaggletooth and R2-Q5 from them with no problems. Will NEVER order from him again though!

Procustoms Figures is another way to go. They've got a Biggs and Wedge figures. Also seen Rebel Fleet Troopers. Heck, they even have Porkins.

Retroblasting tried ordering a Bantha from someone and StanSolo made one that is better, and i think Stan Solo on etsy might have used to work with the Fans strike back, but there might have been a falling out , right after that 13 wave was annouced, maybe he was doing all the work and wasn't happy that they announced that package? i don't know, that is all speculation on my part. but his etsy page always delivers.
You're right about the split with Stan solo and the fans strike back for the most part. Chris of Stan solo knew of the 13 figures and knew they could not be finished in the time span that the fan strike back had announced that is one of the reasons why he split. NOW IT IS REALLY TIME FOR THE FANS TO STRIKE BACK!!!
I had made a couple of posts here and on other similar videos on YT regarding a way to try and recoup the money spent on these 13 figures from TFSB. I had provided hints, but I did not want to fully disclose anything before I knew it had more than a good chance to work. So, despite getting attacked right out of the gate by (RetroBlasting's) Mike's watchdog yesterday, I will still try to help any of those who care to read on.
Please note that this idea will only work, if those turds at TFSB ended up sending you either Han in stormtrooper disguise, or preferably Grand Admiral Thrawn.
I am not certain how many of those figures were actually sent out to customers, but after I made enough of the proper "stink" to Krahn back sometime in 2021, he did end up sending me the Trawn figure. Which by the way, based on the quality of the figure itself; it was obviously produced by Stan Solo prior to him selling his stake of the company, and not the Krahn led TFSB. Although the cardback is labeled as Smith Lord Creations.
Anyways, I started thinking that with the new Ahsoka show less than a month away, and the fact that this will be Thrawn's introduction in a live action series; as well as, no retro style Thrawn figures are currently available... I started to research on Ebay. First, I found a loose version of this Thrawn figure going for $200. Next, I saw that a carded example sold for almost $250 about a month ago.
So I thought to myself, what do I have to lose at this point, and why not try and sell this Thrawn figure for the same amount I paid for the full 13 figure line? Not to mention that every time that I look at this figure, I am reminded of getting ripped off by TFSB.
Well my friends, I listed my TFSB Thrawn carded figure two nights ago for $437.48. Within an hour of posting, I had 13 page views and an offer of $400.
In the spirit of not wanting to press my luck too much with this situation, I accepted the $400 offer last night.
Han stormy may not command such a high price, but something is better than nothing.

I’m I’m the same boat. Now they don’t even reply to my check-in emails anymore. The last time a got a reply (last February) I was told to go to the website for updates. I never got that Thrawn figure either. What a crock.

Stan Solo Facebook page booted you simply because you’ve promoted Fans Strike Back items? That is absolutely ridiculous. It’s stooping to the level of Fans Strike Back. I’m shocked and disappointed they would do that. I’ve purchased many items from Stan Solo and I may think twice about purchasing from them again. Stan Solo owes you an apology for their beyond inappropriate behavior.

Start a class action lawsuit with others that got scammed
Find other people being jerked around by this company and do a joint lawsuit. A lot of people losing a lot of money will tempt a lawyer into taking up the case. His payout will be worth his time in the suit. Plus you coming after the company with a mass of unsatisfied customers behind you will add force to your case. Good luck.... I hate jerk companies that steal people's money!!!!!

No one has the right to not deliver on a product, after receiving all that money, and turn around and get mad at the fan base for wanting a refund on it, Hell they didn't come threw for you guys, I would pursue legal action on them!

This is why i never have and never will buy into any preorders and pay unfront on anything that can not be delivered within 3 months. You can lose all your money without any chance or hope of getting products better off taking the money would spend and either buy things to resell and use that money to make more money or invest it otherwise if and when product ships can buy on secondry market
