- This tiny stall in Nagpur serves yummy chaat dishes like Pakwan Aloo Chaat, Aloo Fingers chaat and much more. The highlight of this place is that vendor maintains the hygiene while making the dish. He washes all the vegetable with water and wears gloves while mixing everything. We must say that this is the most hygienic chaat wala in India.

You can never pour masalas with your gloves on as it slips off the gloves. Moreover, as the gloves are wet now after touching tomatoes, you are not supposed to use the masala with wet gloves.
