And every indian should know that paratha is pretty healthy if you use cold press oil (kacchi ghani) oil to cook it .. Japanese are healthy bez the eat there own food ... Not some garbage in the name of health which have been marketed well .. USA is most obese nation in the world ... The have very high rate of cancer ... Our mustard oil ,coconut oil and ghee which were staple food of india were told to be unhealthy ... USA was largest producer of refined oil so the marketed shit to us and we bought them without a second thought ...
