Just wanted to add- at least for myself, I feel like it takes at least two weeks away from work to start to feel recharged- and that's with a real amount of distance from work. No emails, no meetings, no deadlines lingering in the back of your mind. Travel usually helps achieve this but obviously not recommended right now 😅. So I hope you guys can use this time to indulge in one or two personal projects (things you don't need to share) or to catch up on those little chores in your real lives that you may be neglecting right now. I don't even play violin, but I watch their videos when I'm in pain and can't sleep, or during the day when I get almost panicked looking at all the things I am backlogged on doing, and all the catching up I have to do from being sick all the time. I think(?) it might be severe migraines (ofc I would probably be wrong). I went through migraine stage 3 from a lot of stress and burn out of doing 10 auditions back to back, plus orchestra, choir, piano lessons, and violin; I felt constantly nauseous, tired...it wasn’t fun. :/

Health comes first before anything else, so please do rest up and don’t work yourselves too hard in the future. Even 3 videos a week is quite a lot; once a week is more than enough honestly. If you pace yourselves for longevity, you could keep doing this for many more years to come instead of burning out or sacrificing your health and happiness. Your fans wouldn’t want that. I think(?) it might be severe migraines (ofc I would probably be wrong). I went through migraine stage 3 from a lot of stress and burn out of doing 10 auditions back to back, plus orchestra, choir, piano lessons, and violin; I felt constantly nauseous, tired...it wasn’t fun. :/
I heard he tried to practice 41 hours in a day. Seriously though, take care of yourselves physically and mentally. Can’t wait for you guys to come back, but take all the time you need.
