    I do this quite often myself.. for the most part I only buy motorcycles now. They are sooo much quicker and easier to do, and the transformation and profit margins are comparable with a fraction of the time and material investments of passenger vehicles. Plus I *really* hate detailing glass and interiors.. you should revisit this series! Especially relevant now as it is a viable income generating project for those out of work and stuck at home. 😀👍✌

    Thanks Sarah, great idea about the in your garage wash and water softener. Awesome details about detailing both the interior and exterior of the 300.

    Very nice transformation of that sheet box! I'm OCD too on the same kind of things, like wheel wells, engine compartments ect.
    I even take the interior completely apart to get all the stank from hidden places and remove wheels to reach deep down into the nether regions.

    That just takes talent, and a lot of patience. It's hard to believe how bad people trash their cars out. I'm sure there are some that are too forgone. My uncle got stuck with a jalopy after his truck got flooded. His first description of it to me was "It looks like someone took a dump in it and then wiped their butts on the back seat!" No coming back from that.

    You have some really great detailing advice I have been following. Possible tip... I normally just jack up the car and remove the tire/rim so you can detail the breaks and inner portion of the rims much easier. The easiest way is by using a Quickjack (giving you have one).

    Came for the satisfying vacuum patterns on the carpet, stayed for the Subaru flag lol. Definitely turned around the 300c though! Hopefully you flip it considering how massive the difference is. This makes me happy as a car guy lol.

    The smell of Chemical Guys stuff - I totally get it. The Orange Drank scent of Hybrid V7...the Bubblegum scent of Diablo Wheel Gel, the weird posh smell of their Signature Glass Cleaner, awesome. But the Grape Soda smell in your garage the next day, from the Bare Bones in your wheel wells - IS THE BEST!

    Yes keep up with the detail video's!!! I bought a mustang for 4200.00 that was in bad shape with paint, with only a good full detail that I did I flipped it and sold for 6900.00.

  • @Nordmann61

    Impressive, most impressive as they say. You are too modest, your detailing made this car, looking like a gang of soccer hooligans have had a beer and pizza party in it ruining the interior, into a showroom ready beauty. Sub button welded!
    Cheers.

    You did fantastic work with a toothbrush, but I would recommend a professional steamer (such as the wagner 915) to cut your labor in half. Time is money. I have the wagner 905 (which has been discontinued) & use it all over my home -- from bathtubs to the oven to baseboards to windows -- it's incredible.

    I never really wash my car, living her in Sunny 😎 So-Cal, I basically give it a good hand Wax Job, then I just use a detailing spray wipe on wipe off when needed, it’s Garage so it stays dry, then I use a California Duster a couple of times a day and wipe all the glass as well, about 20 minutes a day to keep it Spotless, but I was wondering what that little tool was that you got all those little scratches out of the Plastic, keep up the good work the Fiesta Flash. 🤙🏼

    • @JPilot2
      @JPilot2 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you Sarah, for giving me the opportunity to enjoy your humor, and wonderful interest in cars. It still was terrific, and I really noticed this (Chrysler 300 C Hemi) Project Car, and Awesome Automotive Detailing, was a lot of very hard work! BMW even created spicier one-off versions that upped the ante on the base M3: the E30 Sport Evolution, the E46 CSL and the E92 Lime Rock Park Edition. But you don’t have to search high and low for one of those limited edition models to get your asphalt thrills. They’re all incredibly easy to drive very quickly, a trait deeply envied by the M3’s competitors. Yes, any M3 will do - there are five generations of them, all with scintillating, unique details and underlying qualities of greatness.
      The Sierra's were released with an amazing three different body styles and no fewer than eight different engines. The fastest and most sporty of these was named the XR4i. (The i stood for injection). The XR4i, was instantly recognizable from the bi-plane rear spoiler and unconventional six lite body shell, as well as the contrasting gray plastic cladding on the lower part of the car. The XR4i was powered by the 2.8L Cologne V6 engine which generated a respectable 150bhp. Only a little over 25,000 Sierra XR4i were produced at Fords Genk, Belgium plant and production was halted in 1985. The venerable XR4x4 and Sierra Cosworth were then left to carry the Sierra name. :-)
