great job thanks for the valuable pre and post discussion really priceless ,, one thing though in the 23:50 min during the post op review the pan shows a horizontal placed implant in the sinus R side !! between the pterygoid one and the canine region one but not seen in the 3d view , wonder what this was ? other than that great work and thanks again .

shadow image from the other ptyerygoid in the xray-- there is no implant there.... thank you for the question
