Seriously!!!that patient was under general anaesthesia!!!And those teeth were not surgically removed but simple extractions that could be done under normal local anaesthetic on the chair ! You made it look like you a hero wildly giving injections while the patient was sleep.You could not give those LA while he was awake otherwise the patient would have jumped off the chair or he was high on drugs .The patient would have got physical with me if I gave him an injection that wildly . Because he was under GA you would not have known whether he was truly numb !!! It’s a joke video Jay

On your refinement or up righting of the Osteotomy your were referring to this wall and that wall it would be helpful for a directional wall because the video did not show the wall because the light overpowered your directional pointing.
