    I went to see Randi Roberts in Utah for 3 on 6 and the total cost $17,999 for one arch. A lot less than all on 4. No bone reduction . It’s the best. All on 4 is old tech. I suggest you master 3 on 6

    We enjoyed your video and insights. There are a few aspects we think you’d have a better understanding of if you met with our doctors who developed the 3 on 6 procedure. Would you be willing to come visit us at our office in Salt Lake City, UT?

    This fascinating. I have a question. What if the all on four fail? What option will a patient have and will they be able to wear a traditional denture after the jaw bone has been removed?

  • @nicolepapole
    @nicolepapole 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +13

    3 on 6 is a FAR superior option to all on X. Like light-years above and beyond all on 4. Ask any doctor who does both procedures at the same cost. 3 on 6 is more technical for sure but provides the better outcomes.

    • @jaydenp4975
      @jaydenp4975 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +10

      That’s what I was thinking. They look so much more natural without the fake gums. And if they break the section that broke can be replaced instead of the whole arch.

      I was just looking into getting All on 4s ne t week. My dentist didn’t even give me the option of three on six or dental implant bridges? That’s so weird. She immediately suggested all on 4s . I thought $27,000 was a lot of money. I wonder how much more the other ones are!

    • @nicolepapole
      @nicolepapole 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@HH-gv8mx There aren't a ton of 3 on 6 providers. It is a trademarked procedure and it requires an incredible amount of skill. Even just the extractions are delicate as they are preserving the bone and soft tissue. 27k for top and bottom all on 4 is a great price. It's about 23-25k per arch for 3 on 6 depending where you go.

      @michaela.7943 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      In most cases it will take about 1-2 years for an 3 on 6 procedure(sinus lift,gbr etc) and also the dental technician will make your new teeth look like little squares to avoid having a bad aesthetic result due to the inevitable gum recession
      On the other hand in just a day(some more days for your final restoration) you will have a perfect smile with only 1 surgery and less visits
      It’s up to you to choose

    • @nicolepapole
      @nicolepapole 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@michaela.7943 Where have you gotten that information from? Did you ever consult with a licensed 3 on 6 provider? Because Mexico and Turkey aren't the same and cannot provide such a procedure. 3 on 6 takes 3-4 months. You go in for surgery and leave that day with fixed temps and then go back in 3-4 months for finals.
      Please people, do actual research before touting this outdated procedure that dentists who are not trained in it (likely not skilled enough to be, as they host classes and only the BEST get qualified) and cannot make money off of it and don't want other people to know that there is a better procedure for 25k per arch which is at least comparable to their price if not much better.

    Thank you so much for your unbiased & informative videos. I feel more confident now that I know what to look out for, pay attention to and which questions to ask when getting a diagnosis. I'm going to a clinic that has all options & specialists under one roof. So, I guess that's a good start. Fingers crossed my bone is relatively in good shape. Thanks again & keep up the good work. Very much appreciated.

    If you don't know how to cope with the stress, stay out of the game...All on 4 reduces bone and gum to make the operation simpler for the dentist, but leaving the patient with no options but dentures if the All on 4 fails.

      Can't you not wear dentures if it fails sometimes because there isn't enough bone to hold the dentures?

      You can wear dentures with a lot of bone loss. My husband has been without teeth. For 23 years and wears dentures now.

What should i need to know and ask the dentist before I say yes to the procedure. Your opinion would mean a lot for me to make a final decision. Regards from Canada.

    I have been in research mode on this topic for several weeks now and have consulted with 5 practitioners of these various procedures. Dr. Choi is someone I find high on the credibility scale. I will admit though that 7 minutes into this discussion, I had to pause because I made a judgment call and concluded that this group was clearly advocating for the all on 4, over the 3 on 6 and my critique here is that Dr. Choi's subordinates aligned themselves with his POV, and that's to be expected but it doesn't really give us patients/consumers a clear, unbiased container of facts to make informed decisions. I would love to see a small panel discussion between Dr. Choi, a practitioner of the 3 on 6 system and Dr. David McFadden (Dental Implant Center, also in Dallas. Dr. McFadden makes a compelling case for the preservation of both bone and soft tissue which is contradictory to the All on 4 procedure. As someone who is looking for a full restoration on my upper arch, if I had to make a decision today, I would choose implant bridges per Dr. McFaddens' approach. An All on 4 would be the procedure of last resort. To be fair though, I would like to hear Dr. Choi's rebuttal to this position. Dr. Choi, you have the floor. Despite the critique, I greatly appreciate your content.

      @northtexasdentalsurgery . Thank you for quick response. I was not aware of any bone issues . Right now healing. Horrible experience with this surgery due to waking up during procedure. No numbing issued. Screaming for help. Now I don't know what to do for bottom procedure. The healing process was good I must say. Not in much pain. But very scared about the bottom procedure. I advised my husband not to do it where I went. Can you recommend drs in Queens NY. I do watch your videos. But I never heard of 9 implants on top jaw. Now your talking about 6 on 3? Can you explain that or lead me to video. I truly thank you for your time. God Bless. MARIE

    That is all sr Choi has done is attack 3 on 6! Could it be because he wasn’t the inventor of the 3 on 6 procedure…which has made the inventor world renown. You get bone loss from all on 4 from the outset and over time vs no bone shaved initially and bone loss possibly over time… so why remove bone just for a 4 on 4 when you’ll have more bone loss? This dr is going to get the money regardless because he said he’s going to charge a patient more money based on how nervous he gets…I’m so thankful for this video because I would never choose to spend my money at his facility nor would I ever recommend this guy to anyone!

    Around 21 minutes you ask the other dentists in the room several questions but the clip was cut after every question so that you just continued with questions and never allowed them to answer those questions and I would have been very interested in their answers. And maybe that's why you cut it.

      That's the million dollar question. 3 on 6 is harder to do, but better for the patient (assuming they have healthy bone). You can't convince me that amputating bone and tissue out of my mouth to replace it artificially is somehow better than using my natural bone and gums.
