I really enjoy your format with sped up video with voice-over commentary. It's great for those who understand what's going on and just want to observe your technique and project build without a lot of filler. Great job!

Great videos, no doubt, one of the best on TH-cam that I've found. Clean shop, Clean tools, clean work. I'm also in contracting in NM and your videos a really good example of clean work. I get more comments in my biz about organization and cleanliness. That's a big reason you always have work and projects. Keep welding

Hey Jimbo, a trick I use when working with small pieces like the handle is to leave the short legs long, weld them and then cut to the final length. This way you have more to hold/clamp or put into the corner vice. Nice project!

Great job! I really like the way you present your projects. Reading the comment from Gary and your reply I understand where you're both coming from. I'll bet we are about even with burn holes, you in your socks and me in my tee shirts and shirts.LOL. One thing I did long ago was to quit wearing work boots with laces, always high slip on boots. I got tired of shortening and replacing laces and the occasional jump in a puddle when a hot one just laid on the tongue of the boot and burned through. My work was mostly outside on heavy equipment. Thanks for the videos, keep them coming. Ed K. Cleve. Oh.

In your opinion, this project could be welded with stick (with some light rods like 6013) or the tube gage is too thin to do so?

Marvin, Jim is in the land of fruits and nuts. It's pretty dry in Cali. Welding galvanized steel is no no. The doors look great, but I hate that black powder coating look. It's good for car parts, not interior doors. Shows someone has zero imagination. There are thousands of metal finishes out there without resorting to boring black.
