      The 4000 amp Noco Genius GB150 costs about $375. The GB70 sells for about $250 from Noco online.

      @@jimthecarguy This is old technology, haven't seen these for over 300 years, we now have multiphasic cobalt tritinium packs, about the same dimensions as one of those old fashioned credit cards, will jump start a low capacity warp engine !!!!!!

    I agree they need a wall powered cord to charge their battery packs. It takes sway too long to be charging it with a USB cord.

    I actually purchased the gb40 and i honestly couldn't believe the power this lil guy pumps out. I just got the noco gb70 but my goal is to get the 150 man o man do i love these things. Its like straight magic clamp clamp give her 5 seconds and turn the key to reveal the magic.

    Jim hi I just bought mine and it came with different clamps. I like the clamps on your unit better also mine did not have the yellow warning to charge the unit before use but I already new to do that

    About 3 months or so ago , i bought one made by a no name company , The first few times it done well , now will not charge back up . I really wanted to make a video bashing it , but try not to do those bad videos . Going to have to get another one soon , a lot of people seem to like this one , so i may give it a try .

      Which one are you selecting, the Noco battery-powered one or the Autowit supercapacitor powered one?

    Do you recharge your battery-powered jump starter on a regular basis? Because if you don't, there's a good chance that your booster jump starter's battery will be insufficiently charged to start your car when you need it. Or be prepared for a long wait to charge it somewhere else.

    Nice review Jim. The GB70 is a great jump pack. I'm getting it's bigger brother the GB150. Same featues plus it displays the battery voltage & twice the rating. It'll start anything!

      You can get 3 Autowits for the price of that GB150 and they will start anything, too.

    We should make noco come out with a gb150 with a wall charger it’s dumb to have a big ass booster 300 dollars but u can’t even properly charge it

    I just got mine and I just realized that it doesn’t come with the fast charger cable so I found it on Amazon for $60. I bought the Noco GB 70 for $200 on Amazon. Let see

      James Koralewski that is a great question I have the super capacitor one in my personal car but I like the Noco booster pack better

    Mine didn't last 1.5 years! Light would not shut off 2 times..and .kept clicking.. I just sent it back I may have to pay to fix it

      Not very well. Get a Noco Genius GB150 fot that. They cost a little under $400.

      The gb40 should do it, the 70 for sure, the 150 is overkill.

      Jimmy just told me he carries an Autowit in his trunk for jump starts. He gave the Noco that he tested to his daughter.

    That's A nice charger. I have A questions! I have heard of people using the type of charger that you plug into the cigarette lighter. And it messes up there electrical system or there computer. Is this true?

    I bought this for my wife's car in case she's stuck somewhere. The only thing I hate about this is the lack of a charging unit other than a USB connection or cigarette lighter. My JNC660 jump pack has a built in charger that allows you to just connect an extension cord.

    I'm guessing that the reason there is NO AC charging (house wall) plug is because that would require the PAC to have a rectifier installed. No rectifier, costs less to manufacture. Dats it!

      Nightmare Mike I've used it a few times and it worked great. Just remember that you need to charge it periodically

    Warning I bought one 2 years ago GB70 used it twice keep it in my truck stop charging it will not charge USB or 12 volt of any way or form

    USB only charges at 2.1 amps. Cigarette lighter should be much quicker. Great to leave plugged in permanently in the car. Not so great for keeping in the workshop.

    Not being able to charge it from a wall outlet is definitely a thumbs down. Otherwise it seems to be a good unit. That company is getting there product around. I think it's about the third review I've seen.

    That's BS. You won't get 40 starts out of it. It may not even start one if you don't regularly recharge the unit before it is actually needed.
