that female captain was so butt hurt after being told she was wrong that she walked away and would not even answer a question. The officer trying to keep you out of the office was also angry because you challenged him and won. Do whatever they can to make filing a complaint difficult.
Nice, smooth, calm and professional. Even though the Corrections Supervisors and Officers were tremendously butt-hurt they all learned about constitutional freedoms ... Kudos to the Deputy Warden !!!

Complaints are filed thru the governors office and the circuit court of that county. There is a grievance system in the department of corrections for anybody’s use , but it’s a broken system and kangaroo court! The officer is usually never at fault unless it’s a criminal action .

No, they are NOT exercising their right to remain silent. They are interfering with the first amendment of the constitution which allows for redress of grievances. How is one to redress their grievance against a public employee if that public employee does not identify themselves?

Just for some context… a lot of the corrections officers there are very understanding and reasonable… there was a CO at that very same facility… not sure if he is still there… who was shot at a local gas station… so they know not to mess around with peoples lives for “haha’s”. And I used to be an inmate there… fuck you lewis.
