First full Haval review in the Philippines, good job guys. That price is pretty good,youre not getting a Cross Hybrid with this spec. My main issues with it is in the trunk, its shorter than a Vitara(but wider) so long and tall items may be an issue especially with the load cover. Apart from that, its a great car that gets good economy for its class.

He keeps saying “here to here” or “here to there” but we don’t have a visual of that here to here or here to there… I guess it’s better to either have him use a direction - from top to bottom, from left to right or or would be way better if while he is discussing those dimensions, have it shown on the screen with arrows of what he is describing with the dimension in the middle of the line arrow

Low speed follow, doesn't panic especially when motorcycle cuts in - excellent! Yung sa Toyota does the exact opposite, it panic brakes and in many cases doesn't recognize motorcycles.
At this point it's no longer about the quality of vehicle... all cars built from the last 5yrs are good. Patibayan ng dealership ngayon kung sino tatagal. PH market is not that big to sustain so many brands. So choose and support your brand well.

It's actually pronounced as "Jo - lee - on" which represents 初恋 (first love), I don't know why they didn't use that as a marketing spot, could've been something like "youngsters' first hybrid/car" though
at this point Geely is either sleeping or just doesn't care enough for it's customers...If Haval and other Chinese brands can bring in Android Auto, Apple carplay and hybrid systems ewan ko na lang sa kanila
I have doubts with electronic controls.. If for some reason masira knob ng transmission sa EDSA then your stuck. Anyway, great job GWM. I hope they bring in alot more brands to the Ph to break the car monopoly in our country
My Friend has a GWM for 12 years. And it's still running until now. The only major problem he had was the Clutch is slipping which is normal for manual transmission. The parts supplier they are using are the same with the Japanese manufacturers such us Bosch as what vince explained in the video.
21:36 this just shows how undisciplined a lot of Filipino drivers are, especially those in the public transport. In this timestamp, u’d see a taxi just crossing from the side street as if he was the only vehicle on the road. Correct me if I’m wrong but based on the video, he had the same speed from the time he was visible on the right side of the screen and just crossed. Those coming from side streets should yield to incoming traffic, video might show taxi was far, but i’m pretty sure it was closer that it seems due to cam’s wide angle
Now I'm confused whether to get this or the Yaris Cross. This looks better for the Traffic Jam Assist though. But a Toyota is a Toyota, so still confused. If Toyota launched this it would be a no brainer. But not really sure how after-sales would be for this car. Or if the weird suspension would be a problem.
@@AutoRevPH GAC Emkoo. Lol. I don't think we'll need the fuel economy and gotten a good interior and suspension instead since work from home setup anyway. Most beautiful car I've seen and we've toured test drives on different brand casas.

Its better rival is the Corolla Cross in terms of size.

haval should change how they make their badges. it's hideous and looks out of place on an otherwise nice looking front end.
