You can select All or TCP option in tenda router in forwarding section.

Hi, are you able to ping your IP(provided by ISP) from other locations?
If it is pinging then do the port forwarding, it will definitely work.

Connect with your ISP and ask them to make your IP pingable that can be one of the reason your remote isn't accessible.
