Lower Body Pilates Reformer Workout | ADVANCED Strength & Stability | 50 min

- Get your legs ready for this intermediate/advanced Pilates reformer workout, we'll get the whole body moving but the lower body in particular. We'll work in all three rotations of the hip - parallel, internal & external rotation, flowing from one to the other seamlessly to get a well balanced lower body killer. We'll start with a fab warm up, some awesome arm work in some tricky stability challenging positions, and finish with a nice deep stretch. I can't wait for you to try it out!

Great workout again! My only opinion is I prefer more reps to burn out the muscle. I like your presence, voice and instruction over the other Pilates instructors on TH-cam so far so thank you!
