Hey Daria, for your safety when peeling and cutting fruit and vegetables, please use a smaller knife lest you injure yourself, like when you peeled these stalks of rhubarb, a smaller sharp knife would have been much safer! ...Last summer I made elderflower fritters using a light tempura batter, finalized by dredging in light caster sugar. So delicious, as is elderflower cordial (the homemade of course). A very charming video, gentle on the spirit. Bless you sweet Daria, Wendi 🌻

Does elderflower grow where you live? It's so abundant here in England, usually the best one grows right by the main roads though! :) I know it does appear in some other countries, so if you find one - do let me know!
