I discovered natto in 1990 when I was training karate in Okinawa. I have been taking Nattokinase without fail for 33 years. I am 80 years old and can still kick ass.
I put about half a cup of natto for 4 cups of flour when making bread. It's a way to eat some on a regular basis. Another way to take it is a teaspoon blended in coffee, or a teaspoon blended in kefir with some berries.
I’ve been taking it for three months. My blood pressure is back to normal, heart palpitations have stopped and I don’t get rapid heartbeat during moderate exercise anymore. I’m 69
I am 52 and just found out I have a blood clot in my lungs ( I am not Vaxxed) I just started taking Nattokinase 2 days ago. I am happy to find out about this supplement
@@60-Is-The-New-30that was foundation of Health Care, Prevention. One of the keys to attaining that was to eat foods that heal you. It is indeed a pity that Prevention is hardly talked about these days. Medication is the priority in modern day medicine. Prevention is just a word.
Let’s not forget to give big thank you to the Japanese Soldiers who discovered the enzymes that fermented their soya beans during war attacked that happened thousand years ago (maybe more ). They took with them boiled soya beans in their wooden baskets and on the road, the beans got fermented but they all ate it anyways. Also , give a big bow to the Japanese Scientists who discovered the power of nattokinase in dissolving fibrins in the body. The discovery was made headlines in the 1980’s. Serrapaptase, and their special Nano toothpaste. All these been around in Japan. Japanese culture rocks! Thank you, Japan for your share of goodness in the world.
I’m Japanese and love eating natto regularly. I understand that most people who aren’t Japanese cannot stand the smell though (lol.) So yes supplements are the way to go for most. If you’d like to try it, add a bit of soy sauce, green onion chopped fine, and a touch of agave syrup. Stir well! Eat it on hot rice, wash it down with a bowl of miso soup and green tea. Makes a healthy and satisfying meal that will give you lots of stamina throughout the day. 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
Smell is ok…it’s just so bitter. I might just eat it again for the health benefit, but maybe the supplement pill will have to do though having the real thing is always better..
OMG, yes I was told about Natto when I took a mini Macrobiotic course. I've never had it but I heard about the smell. I would however take the supplement though.
@@60-Is-The-New-30 yes I understand it’s a supplement that we can order online, but I can eat the natto beans by going to a Japanese grocery store right now. I just had issue with the bitter taste, but that was when I was much younger. My palate is much better now.
Natto likely saved my leg: it swelled up and got bright red below the knee. Blood clot it seems. A few days of 10k Uf and leg was normal again. Years ago it happened and I took aspirin. Ended up with bleeding and massive red splotches on hands and arms. natto does it without side effects. Miracle stuff.
Asprin is the worse to take. it causes the blood vess'ls in the eye to burst and will cause blind's. Natto is the best for thinning the blood. and DO NOT TAKE coumadin it is rat poison
I am taking it for long covid microclots (had difficulty breathing and chest pains.) Took less than two weeks to get me back to health. God bless everyone. 🙏
Not ONLY that… But… Nattokinase is very inexpensive - very affordable - I have used it for several years and though it is NOT the only blood pressure lowering supplement I use - the last time a doctor checked my BP it was normal - I’m a 77 year old vegan who exercises regularly - I DO RECOMMEND Nattokinase!
I found the brand you use, I’m going to order it, I’m 66, but have a workout some folks in their 30’s & 40’s don’t do or think is crazy, a simple 1.5 to a 2.5 mile walk twice a day, in between a medium weight lifting session. I actually do enough to maintain, plus one meal per day, plenty of water, apple juice😊
God Bless everyone who shared in the comments! I was diagnosed with PCOS about twenty years ago and the medical world told me NOTHING about its causes or relationships to other issues or systems in my body (of course). This video and its comments has just given me a ton of information that confirms the good measures I've already begun doing, on my own, and plenty of suggestions for some new ones as well. Within the last few years I think I may have developed pre-diabetes symptoms, which I self diagnosed and found that the keto diet was a remedy for me. I don't go anywhere near hospitals, doctors or needles, (especially since the hokie-pokie came out) but I really should get bloodwork done to see where I'm at. Will incorporate nattokinase into my supplements. Also will recommend it to others with blood clotting issues, due to the hokie-pokie.
Thank you, my husband has come across this and we have started taking it....why doesn't anyone else, other then lovely people like you and others on TH-cam, tell us about these things? So thank you ❤
Thanks for the video! I have a number of rare diseases that affect my cardiovascular system, one that has caused me to have many small heart attacks by the age of 50, another that puts me at high risk for fatal aneurysm, and very high blood pressure. Nattokinase is one of the few things that I can take that actually makes a big difference in my health, so I understand that it’s hard to really put into words how great it is AND safe.
@GigiNKD I don't know if you're asking me that, but I do not take blood thinners. And according to research you should be very careful taking Nattokinase with blood thinners. Please speak to your doctor first
I find natto very helpful in my health. I would mix it with my chili. I ate this during the pandemic and never got sick despite being exposed to people who did get the bug. Other ways i eat it is mix with cream cheese or homemade mayonnaise.
you're nailing everything. I'm, 48 and I just hd a stent put in to unbloack a 100% blocked LAD (widow maker). I feel like I'm 20 again. I had a very stressed life, always dealing with emergencies travelling the world as an engineer fixing emergencies. I also injured my neck 10 years ago. Strangely with teh stent all my pain including neck pain is gone. I have kids now a 1 and 3 year old. I also discovered I had sleep apnead with my O2 dropping to 52% 53 times an hour. my heart has PVC now only started 2 months ago but hopefully I can recover with exercise, Nattokinase with all the stent medication.
Please don't worry too much. A joyful heart is good medicine! You have so much to thank for... your loving family, your work. Love your job and you never have to work a day in your life. Good health to you.
Think about, what value is highest in your moral hierarchy. Is it a career with a lot of income and good sounding titles (and a lot of stress, maybe too much stress). Or your family. So why not to choose a more chilling and time-with-your-family path?
I'm taking 4,000 FUs per day...along with 240,000 SUs of serrapeptase. About a month ago I decided to try a higher dosage of Nattokinase, i.e., 8,000 FUs, and noticed that I was getting a tad dizzy during vigorous exercise, likely from a lowering of blood pressure due to the Nattokinase. I subsequently scaled back to my usual 4,000 dosage and was fine. I would not have thought of the Nattokinase being responsible for the low blood pressure except for seeing a number of similar such comments on videos on the subject. So, just a caveat there for those who might be experiencing similar complaints.
Does Nattokinase contain vitamin K2 (MQ7)? You haven’t mentioned it. I bought some once and it said Vitamin K2 removed, so I didn’t use it. What was the point? I have cardiac disease and reversing plaque formation and keeping calcium out of my arteries is important to me.
@@educ8me Hi. Nattokinase itself does not inherently contain Vitamin K2. Nattokinase is an enzyme extracted from natto, a fermented soybean product known for its potential cardiovascular benefits. However, nattokinase doesn't naturally contain Vitamin K2. Yet, natto, from which nattokinase is derived, does contain significant amounts of Vitamin K2. Some supplements may combine nattokinase with Vitamin K2, but nattokinase alone doesn't include Vitamin K2. It is added by the manufacturer if said supplement contains K2.
Fantastic video, lots of knowledge, I got rid of my cyst in three weeks with a natto blend and my client had a 40% blocked artery and after three weeks he is playing badminton and is so grateful his stats are all normal again, keep sharing people
Thanks for the information. I agree and look at the Japanese long life connection. I take nattokinase but want to move direct to the food source natto. Curious about your opinion on kelp as that’s another Japanese staple that I’ve been looking at.
Kelp is a powerhouse. I eat a lot of other seaweeds. They contain so many compound excellent for health. One of the main ones is called fucoidan. You just gave me an idea for a video. Thank you
I am so happy I found you, I fell 2 years ago torn meniscus bucket type and waiting 7 months before surgery because i dislike doctors and drugs during surgery went into afib 15 minutes before finish as they were sweeping out debris out of knee. woke up felt great until the cardiologist gave me a long blah blah about having a heart attack if I did not take all these blood thinners and stay over night. I told him and my doctor, no way, so out I went, but had to have my heart rebooted 1 month later and did. my recovery has not gone well, limping and pain without those horrid shots, right leg pain on outer side of knee is continual and has destroyed my energy levels because i cannot walk anymore. went 4 miles a day, exercised with yoga and pilates and weights ran and just felt great. I am on the couch more with leg lifted and ice then fall asleep, thank God my mind is still fabulous, just need this pain to go away. Have put on weight and too much moving around the pain starts in and limping just have to sit, this is also hurting my dog because she and I always walked every morning, afternoon and night. I feel like an old old person and ok, i will be 78 inside I am 40, my voice and face look young but my body is getting creapy and I cannot do yard work, the heat kills me and the pain gets so bad I get dizzy. So when I saw your exercises, I thought I can do that. Fast and short and so I ordered the Nattokinase and also so pain support for joints and cartlidge, which they did cut some away. I have bought every knee sleeve made and they just hurt more. I pray to God this is going to provide relief and I can get my life back, legs are key, exercise are key and I have also been super energetic and very active, so I NEVER saw this as where I would be and I will not give up.
@theupside7707 I hope you're doing better. Please look up seated workouts for the disabled on You Tube - there's many of these videos! This will allow you to get some exercise when your leg is bothering you.
Good for the liver, and kidneys. Two highly important functions of the body in addition to it's effects on the heart and brain. Pretty much a miracle supplement.
I'm enjoying my 60th summer in 2024 just like you, engaging in extreme physical activities. I've been eating Natto since I was a kid in Japan and now in the US. You can find Natto at a frozen section of any Asian grocery stores. After defrosting in your fridge, just use the sauce (soy and bonito fish based) that comes with it. I put a fresh raw quail egg on top when available. Natto has very pungent (fermented) smell though. I don't know about Germany but it's quite difficult to find older folks engaging in physical activities here. It's good to have found you!
@@60-Is-The-New-30 it’s got nothing to do with Covid. It’s the spike protein that stays in your bloodstream and throughout the body. It’s not meant to be present months or years later, nattokinaise and NAC help your body to break down the spike protein and stops possible clotting and other heart problems.
@60-Is-The-New-30 the spike protein is what is in the vaccines. It was supposed to breakdown after a few weeks but we now know it doesn't, it stays in the body indefinitely and that's not a good thing. People's immune systems are being damaged from the spike protein.
Plasminogens* I can see it written in the article you post there. Godspeed "I am longevity" your videos rock! and yes i take nattokinase too! 6000 fu daily for a week now.
I was thinking of getting some until you told me what it does. 🤔 Cayenne pepper 🌶 does all that plus it has a powerful detoxification process for the body. Its also for soil based organic far cheaper to buy. I use plant based 00 size capsules and fill them up myself. I take 3 in the morning and 3 at night. Or sometimes i take 6 once a day it just depends. It costs me about £20 for 950 grams of cayenne pepper 🌶 which lasts me a good year. You can also put it in your food. It naturally thins the blood, strengthens veins n arteries whilst cleaning them out too. There is a big 'do not age place' i know whom has brilliant stuff but cant place name here as it gets deleted.
YOU DO NOT KNOW AT ALL WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT!!!! Cayenne pepper and nattokinase serve different purposes in terms of health benefits, although they might share some overlapping effects, particularly related to cardiovascular health. **Cayenne Pepper:** It's a type of chili pepper known for its spicy taste, attributed to a compound called capsaicin. Cayenne pepper has been used for various health purposes, including boosting metabolism, aiding digestion, and possibly reducing pain and inflammation. Some studies suggest that capsaicin can help in improving circulation and reducing blood pressure. **Nattokinase:** This is an enzyme extracted from natto, a traditional Japanese fermented soybean dish. Nattokinase is primarily known for its effects on blood health. It has been studied for its potential to break down blood clots, improve circulation, and lower the risk of heart disease by acting as a natural blood thinner. While both may positively affect cardiovascular health by improving circulation and potentially lowering blood pressure, they work through different mechanisms. Cayenne pepper's benefits are more general, affecting metabolism, pain, and inflammation, among others, while nattokinase specifically targets blood clot breakdown and circulation improvement. It's important to consult a healthcare professional before starting any supplement, especially if you have existing health conditions or are on medication, as nattokinase, acting as a natural blood thinner, could interact with other blood-thinning medications.
@dianerourke4609 what am I wrong about? I can show you 1000 studies to disprove the nonsense that cayenne pepper is just as good as Nattokinase. They are two completely different things. It's like comparing apples to oranges
@@60-Is-The-New-30 yeah follow the “science” that’s what many do. Science tells people to take statins which have a myriad of side effects. I follow what I’ve experienced in my own life. It’s worth stating, Exercise is the best thing you can do for longevity and heart health. A good whole food diet is second !!! Certain Supplements are icing on the cake. ❤
The problem with relying too much on exercise is the probability of occasional injury. Being knowledgeable about potent, accessible miracle foods like natto that can improve recovery, or even be necessary for recovery, is priceless.
My order of Nattokinase arrives today. Since last Fall I have had regular formation of peripheral blood clots in my legs. I am concerned, my doctors are not as at 77 I guess they consider me expendable. I figure I still have a chance as long as I am above ground. I wish I was aware of this supplement years ago when I began to complain of neuropathy, which was also ignored. Thank you, again, for sharing. Thank you also for links to the studies you cited. I cannot wait to read them!

Generally speaking: suggestion - Look up definition of recommended daily allowance (RDA) and much lesser known ODA / optimal daily allowance * Many people follow the suggested use on the label * Which, as most know, is RDA * Figuring out correct dose of almost any supplement is not always easy, so with the knowledge of a nutritionist or the right medical professional or whatever you find works best, will give you a better chance at getting the results you want * Dosage for you might be at the RDA level, or the ODA level and +, or somewhere in-between * Point being people wonder why they never notice any benefits from their supplements, but decide to take them saying it can't hurt, right * Getting the correct dose one might correct a medical condition or simply notice an improved sense of well-being. :>/

Had a TIA about 6 weeks ago and the search for an alternative to mainstream blood thinners btought me to Nattokinase and then eventually to your channel. I see there your intro is 'road to 120; is that because you intend to live to 120? I keep telling my friends my target for life is to reach 120 years of age and they all laugh at me. 🤣 but I just laugh right back at them because they are happy to settle for 80 or even lower.
Hi Christine. Exactly, that is my intention, to live to 120. But, it will not be easy, especially if I don't have longevity genes However, I have every intention to reach 120. I just have a feeling that muscle health is the main reason why people don't reach that age. One of my key strategies is to, not only have the body of someone half my age, but also be able to move like an athlete half my age. Of course, nutrition is extremely important, but my exercise regimen no one does. I'm 60 going on 30. That's my motto 😁
@@60-Is-The-New-30 me too. Daily weight training (coupled with 2 x per week zone 2 cardio and 1 x per week HITT cardio, plus flexibility) has made all the difference and I do firmly believe in it as the answer to living longer and healthier. In addition to that, sleeping well, stressing less and trying to be in nature every day - I live by the ocean which of course has additional benefits too. I eat mostly healthy too - about 80/20. Those help, but the basis is the weight training.

My hematocrit gets above 50. I was taking one of the lower dose Nattokinase supplements. I was taking it at bed time and sometimes I would take it once during day and once at night time. I get blood work done every 3-4 months. Normally my platelet count is around 225,000. But one test came back at 140,000. I had just given blood, so I thought that might be the reason. I then had to get another blood test 1 month later and it was still only at 149,000. Platelets are supposed to recovery very fast after blood donation. Giving a pint of blood should not drop from 225,000 down to 140,000. The only supplement that I added and had been using for a couple of months was Nattokinase, so I have stopped using and will get blood tests again in another 6-8 weeks to see if things have improved.
@@60-Is-The-New-30 I am also taking fish oils and I read that fish oils can reduce platelet count. I was taking fish oils prior to starting Natto, but I had doubled the dosage a few months prior to my latest blood tests. I have went back to original dosage. My guess is the lower platelet count is due to one or both of these, but I will try to update in a few weeks when I get my next blood tests done.
So funny. When I saw Road to 120, at first I thought it was a weight goal as 120 was my youth's best weight. Then I realized it was a longevity goal. ONLY if quality of life is good would I choose to hang around for that long:-)
Good for her. However, it does not mean that certain supplements can't help you live longer and extend healthspan. Many people over 90 have medical conditions. My objective is to remain as healthy as possible, even in very old age. And Nattokinase can help with this.

Excellent video. Thank you. Honest question: How do you measure that you now have better vascular health? Also, should I stop taking daily low dose aspirin if I start Nattikonase? Never had heart attack or stroke and am 60.

However, if you sit for a while and get up and are stiff, or if you get any kind of strange little pains in your lower legs, or even hips, you may have circulation problems .
@@60-Is-The-New-30 I don't remember where I read it, but my understanding is that low-dose 80mg aspirin daily helps with circulation, as it acts as a blood thinner. It's important to note that each of these enzymes has its own specific properties and potential effects on the body, and combining multiple supplements can sometimes lead to unexpected interactions or outcomes. Nattokinase: Nattokinase is the active ingredient derived from natto, a traditional Japanese food made from fermented soybeans. It possesses various cardiovascular benefits, including fibrinolytic activity, antihypertensive effects, anti-atherosclerotic properties, and more. Nattokinase has been linked to a reduction in cardiovascular disease (CVD) mortality and is considered a promising alternative in the management of CVD. Serrapeptase: Serrapeptase is a proteolytic enzyme derived from bacteria found in silkworms. It is known for its anti-inflammatory properties and has been used to reduce inflammation and pain associated with surgery, trauma, and other conditions. Serrapeptase is available as a dietary supplement and is believed to offer various health benefits, particularly in reducing inflammation. Lumbrokinase: Lumbrokinase is an enzyme derived from earthworms and is used in traditional Chinese medicine for its fibrinolytic properties. It supports cardiovascular health by promoting healthy blood circulation and preventing the formation of blood clots. Like nattokinase, lumbrokinase is believed to have potential benefits for heart health. I could not find any contraindications between these enzymes; it's important to approach supplementation with caution. If you're considering taking these enzymes simultaneously, it's recommended to consult with a healthcare professional before doing so. Many people take all 3 at once, but everyxone is different

I could not find any contraindications between these enzymes. It's important to approach supplementation with caution. If you're considering taking these enzymes simultaneously, it's recommended to consult with a healthcare professional before doing so.
@carolmiglionico3870 they can go together. However, it depends on why you are specifically taking Nattokinase for. They work different pathways, but both are excellent
I believe it's also a blood thinner and people who are taking blood thinners are cautioned against taking Natokinase. Also should stop taking two weeks before surgery is my understanding.
I have just begun to learn more about this and find it very exciting. I don't like natto but will eat it once a week because of those health benefits. Now that it comes in a pill form, I could take it every day. BTW, you pronounced natto correctly. :)
Ha. Yes, most people pronounce it wrong. Just for info, nattokinase is the enzyme extracted from natto. It is not natto, per se. And also, nattokinase has no soy in it. Thank you for the great feedback.
Nattokinase is far stronger and more effective than natto... of course, if you eat natto many times weekly for years... it will do you a lot of good...
Hi. In response to your question, there are companies that already sell supplements that contain nattokinase together with K2 swansoneast.com/en/cardiovascular-combination-formulas/622-vitamin-k2-natural-with-nattokinase.html Here are some ways K2 helps with cardiovascular health: Calcium metabolism: Vitamin K2 activates a protein called matrix Gla protein (MGP), which helps to regulate calcium metabolism. MGP helps to prevent calcium from being deposited in arteries and soft tissues, which can help to reduce the risk of arterial calcification and subsequent cardiovascular events. Arterial flexibility: Vitamin K2 may help to maintain arterial flexibility by inhibiting the calcification of arteries. Arterial calcification can lead to stiffening of the arteries, which can increase the risk of cardiovascular problems. Blood clotting: Vitamin K2 has been suggested to have potential anti-coagulant properties, which means it may help to prevent blood clots. Blood clots can block blood flow in arteries, leading to serious cardiovascular events such as heart attack and stroke. Inflammation: Vitamin K2 may have anti-inflammatory properties, which can help to reduce inflammation in blood vessels and potentially contribute to cardiovascular health. Heart health: Some studies have suggested that higher intake of vitamin K2 may be associated with a reduced risk of cardiovascular disease and improved cardiovascular health outcomes. So, one would assume they work good together, but I really can't tell you if they would cancel each other out if taken together. Probably not. Since the bean "natto" contains both nattokinase and K2. Please remember that this info is for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice

"Typically, the nattokinase activity in natto varies from 1,400 FU to 2,000 FU per 50g of commercially available natto. In contrast, the nattokinase activity in nattokinase supplement is more stable, and has strong fibrinolytic activity to dissolve and break down unwanted blood clots." You can if you want to, but you would need to eat a lot of it every single day. I find it easier to take a capsule, and the enzyme (nattokinase) found in natto is not as stable as the supplement form. In addition, most people will not eat natto with its nasty taste. You gotta cook it, etc. I think most people would find it much easier and more convenient to swallow a capsule. By the way, nattokinase, is excellent for blood circulation without K2, as a side note.
Nattokinase is what i take as i am stage 5 kidney issue's i due dialysis 3 days a week i had blockages in my fistula be for i started using Natto now there has been no problems any more with blockages in my fistula as Natto can break up blood clots in your body and keep my circulation great i am 62 yrs old
Be sure to look up the contraindications online before you try this. There are several. It is not safe for everyone. For instance, if you are taking Warfarin, etc.
Hi. Excellent question. But I already knew the answer to this. The enzyme Nattokinase that is extracted from the Natto bean does not contain soy. So, there's no worries about what you stated. Please take a look at this article. If you make your own Natto, make sure the soybeans are organic, non-GMO. Regular soybeans are at the top of the list for the most heavily sprayed crop on the planet. The herbicide called Glyphosate used on soybean crops destroys human health in so many ways including causing cancer.
@julies.8512 you appear to be well informed. I don't use or eat Natto. I just take Nattokinase, which is an enzyme extracted from Natto, and which contains no soy whatsoever

Good info in this video, been checking out different videos and forums on this stuff,. I'm a guy in his late 40s and over the last 5 or 6 Years I feel as if my health has been declining fast, even though I'm relatively healthy and I've stayed away from the arm needle thing, I think a lot of stress and stuff hasn't helped though, my diet usually ok ish, I try and avoid junk food and eat decent as I can although I'm not a big fan of vegies, unless with cooked fish. I've been struggling to control my BP recently, and while I'm not at my heaviest I've ever been I need to loose a couple of stones. It's going to take me a good couple of months to get any of this weight off and it's winter here so looking for something to calm my BP down as soon as I can as I'm not happy with it being this high. Supposed to be arriving today so I've got my fingers crossed it helps me.
I just saw your video on nattokinase, I too am a believer in it's effects. I was confused as to why you have a short video by Dr Lustig on you TH-cam page stating that supplements don't work? Isn't a contradiction of what you are saying? 🤔
Hi, nice video, thank you. There is also a company called Yasumako and they have a product that contains Lumbrokinase which is 30 times more potent that nattokinase and 300 times more potent than serrapeptase. The product also has Nattokinase and Red yeast rice in it.Helps with overall well being, circulation, gut wellness, digestion, cognition and is a blood vessel cleaner.
Lumbrokinase is 300 times stronger than Nattokinase? And you believe this? I've already discussed this with someone in another comment. It is absurd to even believe this. There are no studies claiming what you said. In addition, if it was 300 times stronger, you'd be dead the minute you ingested Lumbrokinase. Come on man, please. Common sense
@silvermans I understand but even that is not correct. There are no studies saying this except for the people trying to sell you Lumbrokinase. You'd still die if it was 300 times stronger than serrapeptase. It's just not logically possible. To further clarify, all 3 have different mechanisms of action. They work and do different things. Lumbrokinase cannot be 300 times stronger than either one because it does not do the same thing as them. You are comparing apples to oranges
Please tell us what the dosages should be. I have heard it needs to be 10,000-12,000 FU’s to get the benefits. Others say it’s too much. What’s the truth?
I discovered natto in 1990 when I was training karate in Okinawa. I have been taking Nattokinase without fail for 33 years. I am 80 years old and can still kick ass.

Yeah. I have short legs also.
I put about half a cup of natto for 4 cups of flour when making bread. It's a way to eat some on a regular basis. Another way to take it is a teaspoon blended in coffee, or a teaspoon blended in kefir with some berries.

Within the last few years I think I may have developed pre-diabetes symptoms, which I self diagnosed and found that the keto diet was a remedy for me.

I am on the couch more with leg lifted and ice then fall asleep, thank God my mind is still fabulous, just need this pain to go away. Sorry, but none of the supplements you mentioned can break blood clots. And none of them can Jess with Nattokinase to break blood clots
Actually they are right what they say about cayenne pepper
Sorry but you are a right fighter and you are so wrong
@dianerourke4609 what am I wrong about? I can show you 1000 studies to disprove the nonsense that cayenne pepper is just as good as Nattokinase.
They are two completely different things. It's like comparing apples to oranges

My sister has been talking with a nature path about my problems and is suggesting I take Serrapeptase, nattokinase and lumbrokinase. I'm very worried about taking them all at once.
Any suggestions?
It's important to note that each of these enzymes has its own specific properties and potential effects on the body, and combining multiple supplements can sometimes lead to unexpected interactions or outcomes.
Nattokinase:
Nattokinase is the active ingredient derived from natto, a traditional Japanese food made from fermented soybeans.
Serrapeptase:
Serrapeptase is a proteolytic enzyme derived from bacteria found in silkworms. It is known for its anti-inflammatory properties and has been used to reduce inflammation and pain associated with surgery, trauma, and other conditions. Serrapeptase is available as a dietary supplement and is believed to offer various health benefits, particularly in reducing inflammation.
Lumbrokinase:
Lumbrokinase is an enzyme derived from earthworms and is used in traditional Chinese medicine for its fibrinolytic properties.
Many people take all 3 with no problems. However, each of these enzymes has its own specific properties and potential effects on the body, and combining multiple supplements can sometimes lead to unexpected interactions or outcomes.

Usually nattokinasel and serrapeptise go together well not lumbokinase

Whats a good brand
Just wondering if it's safe to take nattokinase and k2?
Hi. In response to your question, there are companies that already sell supplements that contain nattokinase together with K2
swansoneast.com/en/cardiovascular-combination-formulas/622-vitamin-k2-natural-with-nattokinase.html
Here are some ways K2 helps with cardiovascular health:
Calcium metabolism: Vitamin K2 activates a protein called matrix Gla protein (MGP), which helps to regulate calcium metabolism.

In contrast, the nattokinase activity in nattokinase supplement is more stable, and has strong fibrinolytic activity to dissolve and break down unwanted blood clots."
You can if you want to, but you would need to eat a lot of it every single day.

Fermented soy is not bad for men. Nattokinase is produced from fermented soy.
Soy is more dangerous for woman I’ve read.
If you make your own Natto, make sure the soybeans are organic, non-GMO. Regular soybeans are at the top of the list for the most heavily sprayed crop on the planet. The herbicide called Glyphosate used on soybean crops destroys human health in so many ways including causing cancer.

Not medical advice, just my opinion
I placed the order, thanks
I hope it helps you greatly🙏👍👍
What’s the best brand??
Yes, thank you for this video. 🥰.
You're very welcome
@@60-Is-The-New-30 yeah, I take it too for inflammation in my brain with serpeptase
@user-vk4vw4le1c good stuff
Respect!
I just saw your video on nattokinase, I too am a believer in it's effects. I was confused as to why you have a short video by Dr Lustig on you TH-cam page stating that supplements don't work? Isn't a contradiction of what you are saying? 🤔
Hi. I think you better read the description of the last two SHORT videos I made on Dr. Lustig concerning supplements and CoQ10
Hi, nice video, thank you. There is also a company called Yasumako and they have a product that contains Lumbrokinase which
is 30 times more potent that nattokinase and 300 times more potent than serrapeptase. The product also has Nattokinase and
Red yeast rice in it.Helps with overall well being, circulation, gut wellness, digestion, cognition and is a blood vessel cleaner.
@@60-Is-The-New-30 I said 300 times more potent than serrapeptase.
@@60-Is-The-New-30😂😂😂😂😂😂
I've read you can't take with ginkgo? Can I take katto hrs later ???
Please tell us what the dosages should be. I have heard it needs to be 10,000-12,000 FU’s to get the benefits. Others say it’s too much. What’s the truth?
Hi. Please watch the video. I explain some studies on how much they took and for what.
Excellent!
Thank you very much. Comments like this let me know I'm doing something right.
