@@jamesfreeman6701 we buy the Land Cruiser to use it to explore, to discovery, and with the two turbos, the fuel economy is improved, however, the v8 I would say is still the best engine. Also, it is not a matter of humanity, you can buy an electric car or a Prius, let us enthusiasts do our thing without shaming us for what we like and dislike

Haters will hate but this looks really promising. Nearly 500lbs lighter than the old model and has more power and torque? New engines and a 10 speed transmission! Should be a great combo and more efficient too. The lighter weight should do wonders off road

I wish this vehicle will come to the Philippines with that 12.5 inch touchscreen. Seeing this True Off Road Amazon it looks beautiful and too good to be discontinued. Wonder if Toyota Motors North America will reverse their decision to discontinue the Land Cruiser and if not then don’t let me stop them.
I wish the same. Sadly, when it comes to the automotive industry here in the Philippines it always comes to the lowest standard. Philippines' standard, lowest in class. We have to import and pay 3 times the base price if we want acquire what they have and experience in other first class countries.

Definitely loving the clean design! However, looks a bit too tall and short in length for me... while the ground clearence doesn't look particulary high neither. Out of shere fun, I'd like to see it in the wind tunnel, hahah.

always n will love LC for its legendary feat. but design wise, is weird range rover and merc g wagon can looks impressive without affecting departure angle and clearance height. lexus lx n lc shall really think hard if the "race car " skirting and body kit is the only way to enhance the design as its form is affecting the function

The split tailgate was a classic feature of the Land Cruiser, sad to see it gone, I would've loved owning a LC in the future and using the tailgate to sit and eat while fishing or looking at a mountain somewhere
I have the gr300 you can still.do that, it's just a larger roof when tailgate is up. If it was a split it would be hard to assess items innthe rear, I can't even half way into the rear without the fold down tail gate.

Only 10 years late to the party. Congrats on being the most antiquated manufacturer on the planet. Literally every technology on display here has been around for 5+ years with other carmakers. Apple car play? Power third-row seats? Terrain control? A ridge frame? And "only" $90k. Wow!
So you've improved the info entertainment, great job. The other big problem I hope you addressed is the security since our 2019 Lexus Lx570 was stolen within 2 months. If improved, would definitely pick one up, if not you've lost a sale.

*It's a twin turbocharged V6. A gasoline powered engine makes about 409 hp and almost 480 lb-ft and this is a 3.5 liter. There's a 3.3 diesel engine makes around 300 hp but a few more torques than the 3.5*
