Really liked this video and the format because it's so down to earth and helpful for all runners. It's going to be so interesting comparing and contrastimg everyone's preferences. Excellent!

I really liked this episode. It's nice to get the insight into what people just really love vs. "Ooooo, here's the latest _________."
    Four for me:
    1. Garmin 245 music: loads of data and I can leave my phone behind.
    2. PowerBeats Pro Earphones: run just one or both and they stay in my ears
    3. Nike aeroswift singlet: I heat up easily and these do the trick on the hottest days
    4. Nike Vaporfly Next%: They make running even a dull route exciting. They have set all my PRs. I have 4 pairs because they have a short life span I don't want to be at a point where I don't have them.

Excellent choices. Mike especially will back up the singlet addition.

For me it would be my Parkrun 100 shirt, it represents so much with what I've achieved with running. Going from being that kid who would walk cross-country in PE at school to doing 21 minute 5k, 48 minute 10k and doing my first half-marathon.

Nice work Cameron. That's a great achievement. Good to have that piece of kit that can motivate you to keep improving too.

Your videos is amazing. Im just get in to walking and going to run soon after my knee are better. And my legs muscles are stronger.

Because of this video I decided to try the On Running hat, I normally use the Path Projects running hat but you weren't joking, the On Running hat is amazing. I think the best part for me is the stiff visor. As for the strap in the back, I had to tuck it back into the hat when running so it doesn't dangle against the back of my head but not a big deal. Thanks again for the good review.

Well I’m not a short distance racer and find joy running ultras and especially at night, so my top four will be:
    - Salomon S/Lab sense ultra 8 set: Bit of a mouthful but this is my go to for the long distance training runs to hold water, gels, chews, phone etc. And amazing on race day to carry the mandatory kit.
    - A simple Buff: Great to just wrap around the wrist to mop up sweat on a hot day or around the neck / face during the cold winter nights.
    - Squirrels Nut Butter: Never set off for a run without it. Perfect to protect all the sensitive areas and especially if out for a 10 - 24 hour race day run.
    - Petzl Tikka R+: Had this headlamp for a few years now and has never let me down. Love the reactive mode, so it automatically adjusts to the conditions. Really easy to switch out the batteries during a run and spares are light and small, so never notice them when in a run.
Love the channel guys, keep up the amazing reviews.

Thanks John. A damn fine list... Kieran is rarely found without a buff somewhere on his person.

A buff. Never used to wear one, but my neck feels exposed without especially as the days get chillier.

Very useful bits of kit. We prefer getting buffs at races than tee shirts.

As a Floridian i cant do anything black. Florida summer is brutal. Im trying to reflect or dissipate as much hest as possible lol. All my running hats are white or neon yellow/green. No black shoes, shirts, hats lol. It gets 110 °F/43.3°C.... Summer here is deadly serious 🥵

for many of the same reasons he goes with the pouch, Anytime I go for a run with a bit of distance I always take the Salomon 2 pack running vest with me

I dont have a specific 1 pair of tight(compression), but i use 3/4's from UA and Nike. The UA Rush is thick so i can get away w/o wearing any splitshorts on top to cover my hip/butt, but the nike hypercool is rather thin for modesty 😅.
For socks i have found a go to ones, the 5finger style from decathlon. They work for me for any type of shoes. Im interested to try injinji 5finger ones if theyre thinner than the decathlon ones.
And sleeveless shirt. I do run w/ regular footie jerseys once in a while, but most of the time gotta go sleeveless. I have 1 from Decathlon, Tarmak sleeveless 👍

Someone should ban wearing tights under split shorts. It’s just completely illegal.
