It is probably because you have 32 bit PFA. or probably you have a 32 bit OS. try using a 64 bit computer. 32 bit computers cannot open midis larger than 6 million on PFA. for vBK, it can open anything up to 200 million, but not more because it's 32 bit. Try also using the most up to date version of PFA. if you're not using PFA 1.1.0, then you cannot open midis larger than 6 million because it's 32 bit. same thing goes for miditrail.

Go to 0:11 on 480p, then go back to 0:11 on 720p60. And you'll see a difference and it looks so cool. Trust me.
