In recent years as we can see that more and more statement based questions are being asked So it becomes important that we need to get in touch with each and every line of ncert. Then how can we skip re- readings?
I’m not saying that there should be zero retreading. But it can’t be the way you do first time. It has to be faster and more MCQ focused. Solve PYQs -> read NCERT quickly - don’t delve into each and every word.

tomorrow is my AIATS of some 5 ch each subject from 11th. I messed up. For revision instead of seeing mind map lectures I saw oneshots as a result of fomo 😓 (even for chapters like mole concept) Now a major chunk of my syllabus is left untouched. no mcqs solved. 🙂I hate myself.

The crux is have multiple reading of ncert but just before the exam it is practically not possible to re read the whole chapters again...so in that case you can use the above technique ☺

But sir because NEET me NCERT ke line by line questions aate hai, so can you really depend on solving MCQs? Maybe there will be a few concepts which will not be covered by the MCQs. And kya uper uper se NCERT padhne se, deep questions solve kiye jaa skte hai? I don't think so. Isiliye mujhe lgta hai ki pure notes revise krne hai, question solve krne ke pehle. Please help
Sir, I don't even follow marrow or prep. My main notes (dams) are itself concised . For example, Medicine may be 500 pages while psychiatry not more than 100 pages. And i have DVT. What should be done ?? My first revision is going on...

I am a topper and yes, what he said is a mistake even I used to make. Problem is the fact that while the topper might be topping the class, sometimes he/she too fails to reach the expectations. And those failures are because of these small mistakes.

If it’s concise- you can easily revise by reading them. Just ensure you solve MCQs side by side.
Retreading is useless for those with huge notes.
