I will never forget the moment in soloing the ark season 4 where phlinger got microraptor'ed on the back of his thyla while taming a paracer on scorched earth and the paracer just stood there MENACINGLY and ran him over 😂😂

Phlinger thank you for finally doing this Basics video. Very informative, very useful.
At first I didn't really care for paracers at all, I was strictly brontos for mobile land bases. But learning paracers are on every map while brontos aren't tends to get you over that fact real fast.
I have the structure limits cranked to maximum on my own game, so I've made some pretty nice and cozy bases. Especially on Scorched Earth where they can be fully enclosed and protect against heatwaves and sand storms, so nothing can stop you from traveling the map.

Nice :) After you build your stuff on you parcertherium do not cryo lol. I wish Ark had Greenhouse glass Behemoth Gates lol or transparent paint lol.
The under dog play through seems to have improved your opinion on some dinos.
ive had a pacer mobile base. they are great! and its a nice change of pace from the usual base routine

I circumnavigated the Rag map on a Paracer. Lived out of the mini-base on it's back until I found a spot I liked.
I did raft life on rag. kind of miss it.
I read that as Aberration. I don't know why.
If you play on a server, I assume you have to park your paracer in a semi safe location, to not get eaten while offline? I know they're large, so a lot of things won't attack them, but a stray rex might ruin your day, I imagine.

I was thinking a mobile cryopod circle to be able to deploy your Dino’s everywhere or o was thinking a quetzal
Hey Phlinger Is there a Dino that will gather more narco berries than the rest? And which one will gather the most wood?
So once you have your base built, since technically it's part of the saddle, what happens if you cryopod them?
When you cryopod a Dino with a platform saddles, all structures on the platform get destroyed and must be rebuilt when you deploy the Dino again.
I could be wrong but I think the paracer platform can hold 48 'pieces'
