Nat thanks for the tip. A lot of things get by because we don't do an inspection on them. Years ago on a diesel powered welder of all things it would not run and I change the fuel filter and I still couldn't get fuel up to the injectors. Well most of my surprise there was a so called "Secret Filter" on this motor. It was past the fuel filter and when I took it out it looked like plugs of chewing tobacco. I cleaned that out and it was just ran perfect. Thanks for bringing this to my attention again as that was probably 40 years ago, my memory is not as good as it was. You're doing justice for people that drive trucks or work with diesel motors by giving them this information. Thank you much, I really appreciate your help.
I have had my truck for three years and have gone through 20 injectors. I only have 206000 miles on my truck. I have a 2020 Freightliner Coronado with a Detroit 60 12.7L 500hp that was reman by detroit. My truck has been down more than on the road. I have had nothing but a terrible experience with this glider. I started my career 35 years ago on a Detroit 60 series engine and never had any trouble like this.
Be prepared to change your filters. Stuff works great but it knocks a lot of slime and gunk loose. I have 730000 miles on my Mack. First time I used it.
I have another brand that I used for my truck too bruh. Had a terrible skip until I put mine in. Will add a comment with the name of it when I get off in the morning.
Just one. I changed the filter, started using killem, problem solved. No more dark filters after that. Keep in mind my engine has low mileage. Around 100k miles at the time.

How often do you need to change the fuel filter?
There is a line at the top of the filter. When the fuel level reaches that line, change the filter.
You typically change the fuel filter every 10,000 to 12,000 I change mine every 6,000❤
This is so stupid.
Thanks 🙏
