Grew up in the St Charles, MO area in the 1960s. Hunted the ridges and hills overlooking the Mississippi River Valley from north St Charles to St Peters. Stone tools were so common. We would keep the best and leave small piles of others. When Mom passed we found several dresser drawers full pf those old finds. While the old farms are gone, I still regularly find points in creeks and gravel bars in these same areas. Never gets old.
That's awesome! The creeks around that area definitely still give up some goodies! They are getting ready to build a large warehouse area by Lakeside Park off 370 in st peters here soon....they will be tearing up like a square half mile of dirt right off the north side of the highway just in front of 370 lakeside park...ought to be fun to walk once they start
I appreciate it! They sure did love that stuff around here and there's plenty of it! I'm praying to the spirit for like an 8" Sedalia of heat treated to hell Burlington lol
Congratulations, great finds man, definitely got some big ones up there, I was hoping that Etley wasn't broken, but still Killer. Looking forward to seeing what you find next. Good luck and God Bless...
Yessir! That Etley won the Lifetime Heartbreak Achievement Award for sure but I'm still proud to have found that much of it intact still. Appreciate the support, God Bless..
Great video with some nice finds, that huge Etley will still look killer in a case! Nice blade towards the end. Congratulations on reaching 1k subscribers 👍👍👍
I’m in Perry County Missouri been looking my whole life. Quit for a few years now getting back into it . With all the rain we are getting now it should be good
Nice! I'm up in Lincoln County but I lived in Ste Genevieve for about 10 yrs back when i was younger...I've only been looking for a year and a half and has taken over my spare time....good luck out there!
I still have to use my crutches to get around, but this spring,(2024) I'll be back in a ditch looking for points! I've been unable to walk for close to 12 years so the ditches on my property haven't been hunted since. I can't wait!
I'm out! I couldn't watch the rest of your video bro! Okay I'm back damn! Amazing stuff man, but seriously I was very humbled halfway through this video I was like no way! Thank you for sharing your experiences
Thank you for your support! Check out the last video if you really want your mind blown lol....I'm still in shock over the finds in that last video before this one....Honestly thank you for the appreciation!
It's been a good start to the year forsure....I think I've found more quality points in the first 2.5 months of this year than 3/4 of last year. You've been finding some nice ones lately too my friend, keep em coming!
I think you are missing a lot. But I love to watch your videos. I hunt here in TN. Pretty good finds here. Started back up after 25hr hiatus. I got an eye for points.

Beautiful lithium. I wonder where the source of the honey-colored chert is located.
Seems to be on some of the ridges up here in huge nodules
Dang man, killer hunt 💥!!!!!
Thank you, it was one of the better weeks this year for sure!
